“Great location”
Never was in Barcelona before. Could not have chosen a better location or hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great amenities. Many nearby attractions, easy walk to Metro. Lovely pool, change rooms, well equipped gym, internet access - all the good stuff. Would certainly go back if I had the chance.

Our experience at Hotel Fira was wonderful!!! Rooms are very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I go back.... You must go to the Font Magica Barcelona (fountain) it is 2 blocks away from the hotel.
“Impressed and Satisfied”
The good thing about this hotel is that it's not in a complete tourist spot. It was nice and quiet in this area. Unlike hotels on Las Ramblas. On the other hand, it's so close to the metro and Placa Espana. You don't have to travel very far to get to other sights. Perhaps a 7 minute walk from Placa Espana to the hotel. In comparison to my hotel in Madrid, this hotel was HUGE and spacious. Towards the end of the week, the Magic Fountains start up and you can hear it from your window. Which is very soothing :) Totally recommend this hotel.

“Nice Big Hotel”
Larger hotel than we expected.We arrived early getting off the cruise ship(10am),room wasn't ready,we paid $20 more to get a larger room that was-no big deal.

First class hotel, near Spanish Square. Friendly staff who speak good english, really good food, comfortable large room and we were given a free upgrade. Tour buses stop nearby, has all the amenities, and has a superb breakfast buffet - book with room and save money.
“great experience at Fire Palace Barcelona”
I was very impressed with the hotel and would most definitely recommend it to everyone! The staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly and spoke fluent English, the location is just perfect to access all main attractions of Barcelona on foot or by underground (Poble Sec station is 5 miniutes walk from the holtel). The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped, with an electronic safe and there was internet access on 3 computers in the lobby. The only slight minus was the gym, which we found a bit small but it did have all the equipment you need for a good workout.
“A fine hotel”
This hotel provides large very clean rooms. Room safes are provided but did not work in the room provided. The bath has a tub with seperate shower. The room is very quiet. Non-smoking floors are available. The hotel location is close to the Fira Convention Center and Espana Plaza. A metro subway station is located at the Plasa as well as a stop for the double decker tourist bus. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel restaurant serves a buffet breakfast for 14 euros. The hotel staff was very professional and English is spoken.
