5th floor is high
Everything was great except it's not a smoke free environment. The smell of weed was everywhere on the 5th floor and was coming into my room all night. I had to sleep with the windows open to rid the room of the smell.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Air Canada delaying my luggage and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Absolutely incredible service.

One night at Wilson Boutique
Just a quick overnighter before early flight home. Wilson Boutique Hotel nice & in lovely area. Lovely room: tea/coffee & fridge. Smelled a bit musty though. Was unable to work the air conditioning, but didn't ask as one night stay, just threw open the lovely large windows for breeze & fresh air (6th floor). Fab roof terrace open until around 10pm with super views.

Old rooms, the bathroom door didn't have a handle, it had a hole where the handle was. It was a family room, but it looks they adapted a corner empty space that wasn't originally planned for a room

Middle of the road
The hotel has stated that there’s a cafe and bar in the hotel, no such facilities. The breakfast was awesome but the lack of bar or cafe, considering it’s advertised, was very disappointing. The phone in the room didn’t work and the hotel was unable to repair. Very small lobby and cannot receive guests or lounge around. The front office staff was great and very friendly and helpful. A good place overall.

Great Hotel and location. Breakfast and brunch was very good. Got a little loud at night (we stayed Thursday-Saturday). Room was cleaned and very good size for a family room.

Good location on Avenue Diagonal. Room was modern, clean, spacious and had great views along the Avenue. I didn't try the breakfast. Nor did I use the balcony (a bit cold in Feb!), but I should imagine it's nice place to sit in warmer weather.

Wilson Boutique Hotel
Location, cleanliness and service were terrific. One huge issue was the bathroom door. The bathroom door was a sliding glass door without a lock and, most shockingly, there was a large gap (more than an inch) between the end of the door and the wall when closed allowing for no privacy at all. If staying alone I guess it is not that impactful, however, we were there in our honeymoon and having privacy while using the bathroom was not possible. We were advised by hotel staff that all bathroom doors are the same in all rooms. Extremely disappointing and I definitely made our stay less pleasing.

This hotel was great! It was right near many bus routes and easy to navigate all over town. The staff was friendly and having a coffee on the rooftop terrace was spectacular! Negatives: the room was a little stuffy and warm due to no air con. But the breeze was perfect with the window open. However, unfortunately it was way too loud to sleep with the window open at night. Lots of noise of people shouting and partying until well past 0200.

Do NOT reccomend staying here at Hotel Wilson. Left 2 pairs of shoes here and offered to pay for the return shipping only to find out that the housekeeping stole them and the hotel won’t acknowledge this. Extremely disappointed in this customer service and this ruined our entire experience and left a terrible taste.
