“Excellent place.”
A bit difficult to find. Right next to a highway but the approach isn't very obvious. Very helpful staff. Confortable firm bed. Really good breakfast. Quality of cereals, coffee, fruits, juice, bread - really high. Perhaps one of the best I have had.
“My Hampton Inn stay was most enjoyable!!”
Upon my arrival, I asked for ideas for delivery of food to the room for dinner. The front desk clerk provided me with several brochures of restaurants to call and have food delivered. Extremely clean room, we asked for more towels and they delivered them within 10 minutes of request, very quiet, bed linens were very clean and beds were quite comfortable, and we had a queen sized pull out sofa. Breakfast in the morning was served downstairs in a meeting room. They were currently renovating the downstairs lobby and lounge area. Breakfast was still as wonderful as always and the service was great. They were willing to help in any way. Upon my checkout, the front desk people were very courteous and helpful. Upon my departure, I was presented with a beautiful red rose, that they were distributing to every person checking out on that day. A very memorable gift from the staff.
“GREAT place to stay!”
Check in clerk was very nice and helpful and recommended the IX Amusement Park in the area which was awesome!! The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was beautiful and clean. Our king suite was a little tight when we pulled out the couch for the kids to sleep on. The free use of the business center with printer, etc and free goodies at the desk each day along with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate were nice touch and greatly appreciated. Would stay here again if in the area.
“Nice Place!”
We enjoyed our stay there. Close to some great restaurants as well. The pool was empty went we stayed so it was almost like having the whole place to ourselves!

The accommodations were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered more choices than any we've seen at other hotels. The staff were most attentive. We'll definitely go back when we visit Cleveland again!
“More than satisfied”
From check-in to check-out, this as a wonderful stay at a wonderful facility! The pool/spa area was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with perfect timing, and the room was clean and quiet, even being right by the freeway. My only regret is that we weren't staying longer! We got a great deal with Expedia, and I hope to use this hotel again.
“New Favorite Hotel Chain”
For the price we paid this hotel was way better than a lot of more high end hotels. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and good.
“Can we stay just a few more days?”
I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Beachwood! Everything was just as expected, clean, friendly, helpful, and comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I guess time really does fly when you are having fun. I would recommend this hotel to any one! And the wide variety at breakfast is a great addition too!
“Good night's rest”
I needed a night's rest while visiting friends in the area. This hotel fit the bill nicely.
