“wish we could have stayed longer”
I felt so comfortable here. We'd just arrived after a long flight from the UK and our room was so large, stylish and comfortable that we felt very relaxed immediately. The staff's english seemed to be a good standard and they were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet, a huge choice of asian and western food. I recommend considering an upgrade on arrival to a package including the breakfast and the business lounge (evening drinks plus a small but exquisite european style finger buffet of european breads, meats, cheeses and desserts) plus a late room checkout at 4pm - it cost about £45 more than the room only price but we really got our money's worth.
“Regent is a brand you can count on.”
Excellent service as expected. Very impressive swimming pool. You cannot smell cigarett in the common area, do not know how they manage to do that. Location is great, right above subway station. The only problem for us was the beds were too small for 3 people (two adult and a 9 years old).
“Great hotel”
This is a great hotel, brand new, elegant and sober! We really enjoyed our stay and I strongly recommend it!
“Beautiful room in a very convenient location”
The room is excellent. Very convenient location. Some nice touches like delicious apples in the room. Service was very prompt.
“Top quality, definitely will go back if I stay in Beijing again.”
This hotel was beautiful both inside and out. The glass wall looking into the bathroom was a bit odd, but the furnishings were very modern and elegant. The staff was very capable and their were zero language issues which is always a relief. The exercise facilities are first rate and match a good fitness club for quality, with a pilates room and spinning. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. Cool and relaxing. Definitely the best hotel I have personally stayed in. Situated very close to Tiananmen square and the night market it is very convenient to many attractions in Beijing.
“Regent Beijing”
The hotel is conveniently located (within the walking distance to Wangfujing). The room is in excellent condition. Staff are very friendly. However, the Chinese restaurant there was somewhat disappointing.
“Luxury hotel in Beijing!”
Fabulous hotel, perfect location right next to the metro stop; extremely courteous staff, answered all my questions about sightseeing in the area; my room was perfect! King bed one of the most comfortable ones I've been in, bathroom large with shower and separate tub. 5-star all the way, would stay there again in a heartbeat!
“Great choice in Beijing”
Excellent facilities, location and service in every department; very positive, customer-focused staff attitude throughout the hotel. The Regent gets my highest recommendation and I would definitely return to the hotel on future trips to Beijing.
“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel, very conveniently located to all attractions, we had two rooms, rooms show some wear and tear , however overall very well appointed and functional. Staff very helpful, we had a nice comfortable stay, would stay again … keep up the good work.
“Regent is one of the best hotels in Beijing,”
Good rooms, great service. Knowledgeable and English-speaking staff who do their utmost to make your stay a good one. The rooms are in a boutique style and very modern. The hotel has a nice personal and comfortable feel owing to the fact that compared to Beijing hotels it is rather small. The location could not be better and shopping and sights such as Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square within walking distance. The Silk Market is 10 minutes away by cheap taxi. Breakfast is one of the greatest spreads of every cuisine we have ever seen or tasted but rather expensive. Good gym and swimming pool.
