“Great hotel - shame about the breakfast!”
The hotel had recently be refurbished and you can smell the glue and paint when you first walk in! We were very impressed with everything apart from the breakfast buffet which wasn't upto the normal standards of hotels in this price range. Mini bars are usually expensive - but 3.50 Euros for a small bottle of Spa water in a hotel less than a mile from the original source seems a bit too much!! However the heated internal lift to the Thermes was amazing and you can even go up in your hotel issue dressing gown!
“Service beyond the call of duty”
A little niggle with the key card that didn't operate the lights properly resulted in my being transferred and upgraded to a suite; the helpful duty manager returned a little while later with some beautiful toiletries as a gesture for my inconvenience. I didn't need either the toiletries or the upgrade but both were very welcome. Can't wait to go back and sample the nearby spa facilties with guests having an advantageous deal. Enjoy!
“Absolutely Perfect”
From check-in to the cleanliness, facilities and comfort of the room, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic - bang in the middle of town.

Great hotel for getting to the Spa Grand Prix. Hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Pretty little town.
“Good modern hotel, but lacking character”
No complaints. Conveniently located, yet nice and quiet. No character though - could be anywhere in the world.
“Visitor beware !”
The Hotel is placed across from a town area which, during our visit was used as a Car fair. Perfect for our hobbies and interests. The Terrace is placed beautifully for afternoon and evening drinks and was a perfect place to relax. It was just such a pity rthat the staff providing the bar service were so inept. The reception interior and rooms were very clean, modern and welcoming. The garage was in superb condition but was very difficult to access due it's narrow entry, decent and badly-timed card-entry system. The terrace made the stay enjoyable but the service-level guaranteed that we won't be returning.
