"1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. "We’re on a 3000 mile car trip staying at Hilton Garden Inns along the route. Stay was fine, however our evening meal and drinks were more highly priced (30%!!) than others we visited."
