"We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel Berlin for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it is very close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided, and we appreciated the easy access to Berlin’s main attractions. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a superb location."

"Organized a late check out with the front desk. Returned to my room prior to check out. Staff had cleared all the luggage from my room....placed all in plastic bags, including my passport and put in lost and found. Even ate my unopened snacks . Beyond unprofessional!"

"Had I known how accessible this hotel was to the trains, I would have booked it for my entire 5 night stay in Berlin but this was my first trip to the city and had no idea how well the train system works in this city. Next time I will stay here for the duration and not bother with hotels nearer Berlins centre. My room was in excellent condition, very clean, bed was quite comfortable after 4 hours of train and disembarking from Cruiseship. The shower was a wonderful waterfall type shower which I will be installing in my bathroom when I return home. Staff were great and quite helpful and all spoke English very well, which was perfect for me. The restaurant on site gives a smattering of different foods from pizza and different appetizers to steak and burger. I opted for the burger with fries which was a double patty with all the trimmings and steak cut fries. A wonderful meal although the burger was a bit more than I could eat. I could have walked to the airport( about 5 -10 minute walk)for something to eat but I wasn’t looking for another sandwich. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"

"Urban Loft was a great experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the space was large enough for two people with a nice view. The staff could've been more helpful. When we walked in, it was unclear where to check in with no/minimal signage. When we found the staff on the way in, they just pointed us to the iPads, but on the way out, they wanted to press everything on the iPad for us."
