“Amazing Deal, Perfectly Fine Hotel”

First off, best price around. Half of what other hotels were. Hotel itself was clean and well kept up. It was built in the 50s, and it looks it, but it's very clear and made us feel the Don Draper. Breakfast with wafflemaker much better than an ordinary "continental" breakfast. Caution about the restaurant next door, it's really a banquet/function place and has extraordinarily priced entrees. There are plenty of chain restaurants north on the Berlin Turnpike (past route 5/15) that you can go to. The pool was normal sized (not like the postage stamp pools of other hotels in the area) and the location is perfect for Hartford, Lake Compounce, and points south. Overall -- very very very pleased.

“Berlin Days Inn”

The one complain I have is that room keeping can get really annoying if you don't have a do not disturb sign on your door. Make sure you get one if there isn't one in the room.

“Would stay again”

Quiet and comfortable. Close to everything i needed. Next door has a great restaurant(hawthorne inn). Room was good size and clean. No complaints i guess. Staff was friendly also.

“Great hotel”

I enjoyed my stay. The pool, the workout room and breakfast are nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

“Good Value”

I stayed one night because I had a job interview. The room was pretty clean and a nice temperature. The bed was comfortable. They had a TV and wifi. It was quiet, and I could only hear other guests if I was out in the hall. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Great place to stay if you want a cheap place to sleep for a few nights.

“Enjoyed my stay”

The employees at the Days Inn were very friendly and made you feel welcome. They kept the hotel and room very clean. The pool was also well maintained. The location was great for people who enjoy shopping malls, only 15 minutes to a big mall.

“Comfortable and affordable”

We stayed here for two nights and found it a wonderful little place. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the rooms are well-kept, they offer a great breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. We definitely got better than what we expected for the price! The only complaint we have are minor ones - sometimes the keycards did not work properly and our bathtub had some cracks in it. Otherwise, everything was fine.
