“Would return”
Stayed in a superior room, which worked well for 2 adults, 2 kids. Good location, very good service, and great breakfast (expensive but accompanying kids eat free). Bummer: At checkout we were told that the minibar is free with a superior room. Would be better if they said that at checkin! Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Location right next to the S-Bahn stop made travel very convenient. Outstanding breakfast.

This is a really nice hotel,great value for money 5* standards for europe great location 5 mins from the centre bye train which is across the road (1.27 euros for and all day pass on train and bus) 15 min walk,from the airport cheaps way to hotel is by train line number is s9
“Great Hotel, OK Location.”
Modern, well equipped hotel based in the Tiergarten area of Berlin. At the end of the avenue is the Brandenberg Gate (via the Victory Column) but it is a long walk (or a short cab ride). Not much in the immediate area in terms of bars or restaurants although there was a 'Hooters' on the opposite side of the road if that's to your taste. I needed to be between the centre and Charlottenberg so the location worked out fine for me, but if you really want to be in the centre of the tourist areas I would look closer to Unter den Linden. Can't fault the hotel though. Contemporary, clean and good service. I was on the 6th floor so got a balcony and had a view of the Tiergarten, Potsdamer Platz and the Victory Column. Breakfast was pricey but always is in these kind of hotels. Would go back if I needed to be in the area again.
“Clean, quiet and comfortable.”
This of Hotel is easy to reach by rail, the staff are extremely helpful and competent, the rooms are quiet, new and spotlessly clean. It was also very good value.
“Brilliant Location - Excellent Hotel”
Just back from 3 days B&B at the this hotel. Lovely. Very friendly staff and a brilliant location for site seeing. A lovely walk through the Tiergarten takes you to the Brandenberg Gate (about 30 minutes) and across the road is Tiergarten S-Bahn Station which easily links you to all points Berlin. The Zoo is only one stop away and in only a few minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz or Charlottenberg Palace. Breakfast is excellent and the Reception Staff very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a standard Room which wasn't huge but was comfortable and clean. Can recommend it and when we return to Berlin (which we will) then we'll definately stay there again!
“Best Accor group Hotel we have stayed in!”
Great hotel in a lovely district just outside the city centre, adjacent to Tiergarten (a lovely large expanse of parkland). Hotel staff very attentive and friendly, and hotel rooms spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend the buffet breakfast - well worth the cost. Train station opposite (around 150m) - from here you could hop on trains to all the major sites. Recommend buying the AB zone travel card on arrival at Tegel - unlimited travel on buses, trams, and U Bahn and S Bahn trains. Next door to the station is a lovely local (majority of diners were locals) restaurant - Tiergarten Quell. Great selection of beers and massive portions of good food. All in Berlin is the perfect city break destination, similar to Prague in some places, but more open around the centre, and this hotel is the perfect base.
“Great Hotel in every way!”
I was very happy when I arrived at this hotel. It was just two stops away from the main train station by the S-Bahn. The hotel was very nice and modern. Although our room faced the S-Bahn station, I didn't really hear noise from it when the windows were closed. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had along our trip with too many choices of what to eat. An extra bonus if you are there on Saturday morning - just outside the breakfast room/lobby area - a swap meet with antiques, silver, steins, just about everything (including junk too). It was alot of fun getting to shop there and we found some really fun deals to bring home as souveniers!
“Nice and Quiet. Great Location”
Great location, next to Tiergarten, much more quiet than the downtown core (it's great if you want a good night sleep). The Tiergarten S-Bahn station is right across the street. It's only a few stops from key attractions. Room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Large shower area but no bathtubs. Door is automated, opens and closes by itself - I think it's trying to solve the 'slamming door' problem. Breakfast is ridiculously early - 4 to 6:30am on weekdays, probably to cater to business folks. Better off grapping a bite elsewhere. Will definitely go back.
“Nice hotel at an affordable price”
Not much to say, very nice room, excellent service and nice location. Not very close to the historical centre or shops but nice and quiet. Just be careful of the Internet charges though since the wired Internet can cost you up to 40 Euros per day!!!!!
