Residence Inn by Marriott Big Sky/The Wilson Hotel

4/10 Poor

"Not enough Handicap parking spaces, when we arrived at 5:30pm we had booked a Handicap Mobility Accessible Room but were given a standard room, called front desk and were told to wait until they could find hotel employee that was in our room to have them leave, waited 1 1/2 hours for this and when we got to the room it was 2 Queen beds instead of a King and then discovered the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Not a great experience."

"Exceptional property! Even with the surrounding beauty, it was tough to leave the hotel. Very attentive staff... quickly learned our names. Pastries in the Wildflower Market are incredible. Room was substantial size, and very well designed/decorated. Several fireplaces/pits to sit an enjoy the cool spring mornings and nights (including one inside our room). Spa visit was wonderful, but outrageously high prices (almost $500 without tip, for a 90 minute massage with no "extras"). That was the only downside on the property. Highly recommend staying here!"
