The hotel was not cleanily the AM staff was rude . The hot tub didn't work and I wasn't notified it was a health hazard to stay there due to bacteria by anyone there! I had to hear it 2nd hand and then used Google to research to verify!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY. ZERO STARS. WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER SEEN. BEDBUGS AND LEGIONELLA. Booked on Expedia without reading reviews because I was tired from a long drive and my kid wanted a fun pool. This facility needs to be flagged for health and safety concerns. They charged $305 for a Friday night (+$5 to use the slide) so I expected a low 3/high 2 star setup. One outside door wouldn't open for our key, the next was broken and didn't close at all, people were coming and going from the parking lot, smoking at the doorstep. First room bugs and casings on the unsealed mattress. Reported it, they shrugged and gave us another room. That mattress had even more bugs & was truly filthy (not just stained, tons of crumbs, random ick, and the bugs), the bed skirt was ripped up, the vinyl headboard had gross brown finger marks, surfaces were visibly sticky, the fridge was dirty, the room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. One lamp had no bulb. We left, Expedia refunded me, then the hotel re-charged without permission. Have since learned the facility has LEGIONELLA! They need to be shut down. Stay far far away.
Honestly, just drive to Myles City and get a hotel there. This one is disgusting and not worth the price! Smells bad, looks terrible, and definitely does NOT get cleaned properly!
The door keys stopped working and had to get them reprogrammed. Doors were either broken or would not read cards. No fridge in 1 room. Microwave did not work. Room #2 had trash under bed and toilet leaked everytime you flushed. When turning on water for shower red orange water came out. Both hot tubs out of order. Breakfast was not good not many options. Bugs everywhere in rooms. Kids did enjoy the pool with slide. To use slide is $5 per child to use.
The beds were clean but the pull out bed had a huge stain on it so that was disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Breakfast didnt look appealing. The country gravy wasnt cooked right. I don’t understand why we have to pay for a wristband to use the waterslide. Other hotels have slides and its always included. Plus the hot tubs were empty and out of service.
This hotel sucks. The cleanliness is questionable at best. One of our towels had a literal brown stain on it. How many times should I have to flush the toilet to get rid of my pee? The answer is 3-4 times
at this hotel, so you’d better hope you don’t have to do more than that. The shower has one water temperature which is “ouch ow ow crap that’s hot.” Not only did the shower drain work slower than molasses, but the bathroom sink barely drained either. It’s like their plumbing is afraid of people washing their hands. The bed was comfortable sort of, but it was squeaky whenever my boyfriend and I so much as rolled over in our sleep. The plastic on the headboard was chipping. The bedskirt had holes from who-knows-what. And in case you were thinking about distracting yourself from your hasn’t-been-updated-since-the-80’s surroundings, don’t try the TV. The remote didn’t work. Bring a word search, I guess. The breakfast was okay if you consider grocery store mini muffins a good way to start your day. I paid $82 for this hotel, and I’m just glad I only had to stay here for one night.
The room was dirty, the pullout couch had no cushions, the hot tubs are permanently closed, and then they charged to use the waterside. Do NOT stay here!
Awful area in Butte. Many homeless. 😭 Our first room had a toilet that ran non stop. Moved to another room immediately. The sides of counters were filthy. The bed skirt was half on. No biggie right? But showed the lack of attention given to cleaning and remaking the room. On a positive, no bed bugs. However, the carpets, esp in the halls were nasty and littered with trash and food droppings. Didn't swim, but the pool slide wasn't working. Other than two gas stations, the only food available nearby was Cracker Barrel. Couldn't wait to leave! I only have it two stars because the beds were comfortable.

Specifically picked for hot tub which was not in service. Bathroom very small. No water cups in room only coffee cups.
The room was absolutely filthy and what’s even worse than any of that is their water was contaminated with legionnaires bacteria ended up, leaving early and going home with a sick wife and sick child who are now on serious antibiotics, when staff was questioned, they completely denied there being any issues whatsoever, even though it has been documented very thoroughly over the past several months about the contamination and their lack of doing anything about it unfortunately, we did not find out about the contamination until after we had already spent a night there and the family had spent time in their contaminated pool water, would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for any reason and will be seeking medical damages for the blatant disregard for public safety.
So where do i start. Places a reservation at this place and foubd out by a friend that there was an investigation on this particular place about having some issues with the water and how people that have stayed there got sick. When we went to check in our room door was wide open. Didnt feel safe eve taking a shower here also there were not towels to shower with. Had to go anfld fetch our iwn towels that should have been put in the room IF it was cleaned. Didnt eat breakfast either cuz was to worried what they had going on with the place of veibg under investigatiin. When ny daughter in kaw went down to ask fir baby wipes if they sell them the front desk gal was not friendly at all. I woukdnt recommend this place at all to anyone

1 Kleenex stuffed back into metal box that should hold Kleenex box, bkfst was not good
Our stay was a mixed bag. What was good was great and was not was terrible. The staff were great, gave us flowers for Mother's Day at breakfast, the pool and water slide were fun, it was nice and quiet in a safe feeling neighborhood. Unfortunately we booked our room for their hot tubs which were out of order, the water slide cost extra, parts of our room were pretty dirty like a towel, spots on the comforter and bed skirt, spider in the bathroom, water in the shower was hot or cold. Breakfast was good, but limited compared to other hotels breakfasts I've had, no protein options outside of scrambled eggs
When we checked in we had a hand towel and a washcloth. There were long black hairs all over the bed. Spots on the sheets and not well made. Looked like sheets hadn't been changed for a week. I asked for bath towels and they said laundry would do some in the morning. My husband showered using hand towel and the tub was plugged and long black hairs came out of drain. I again asked for towels 2 more times and was told there wasn't any. There was only decaf coffee available. I laid down on the bed and had a bug crawl at my face. $400 a night and most terrifying experience of a hotel room I have ever had. The town was completely booked so I could not get a room anywhere else. Threw my suitcase and clothes away in case of bed bugs. Someone needs to do something about this place.
The hot tub was not operating. The Wi-Fi did not work and you could hear every word of everyone in the hall. Horrific price for the conditions. Room was tiny tiny. Will not stay here again!
