“A very enjoyable stay”
Ideal location. Close to New St Station, shops, Symphony Hall and many more. Very clean and comfortable.

Centrally located, easy access to city centre - walking distance. Staff very friendly - only needed for checking in and out. Hotel secure at night. Very confortable bed and bedding. Would definitely go back.

I attended a concert and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to the NIA, I will go back anytime I have to stay in Birmingham.

“The Copthorne rocks!”
I stayed here with a friend last weekend and it gave us all the pampering we were needed and more!...fantastic location near the Art Museum, large public squares, and the train station. In fact, I liked it so much I'm going back in a few weeks. All that was missing was a traditional English breakfast included in the cost ....but it is near all kinds of coffee bars and restaurants.
“A lovely hotel with wonderful service”
We were upgraded to a superior twin room which was lovely. A decent size and clean with a comfortable bed and good amenities. Service at all levels in the hotel was excellent and really made the difference between good and great for us. Cleaners, reception staff bar and restaurant staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside was the noise coming from the Yardbird Jazz Club but it was Artsfest so noise was to be expected (and the music was great - which helped!)
“Excellent experience”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Copthorne Birmingham. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and accomodating, no matter how many times I inadvertently deprogrammed my room key with my mobile phone. I will definitely stay here again.
