“Pool closure”
Shame pool was not open but the did give us a Local gym pass.
“Great hotel - superb location.”
Stayed for four nights, on business but with family. The hotel couldn't be better, the staff especially the blond lady in breakfast and the bar staff were superb. Nothing could be too much trouble. Didn't use the restaurant at night as the hotel is so conveniently located to a excellent choice of restaurants, This was our fourth visit - will be back next year ...
“our stay in Birmingham, whilst visiting Crufts”
We had a lovely time. Staff were very helpful, especially the car meet & greet guys. We had an evening meal, which was excellent, & so was the service. We also had breakfast, which is the only place that i could see has room for improvememt. Rather crowed, table that I sat on was too near the hot food, & everyone kept brushing past me, tables need moving in further. Also was quite disappointed with cooked breafast, choice quite limmited, with no fried Or boiled eggs. But, overal, great, would come again.
“Perfect for Symphony Hall”
Lovely room on 16th floor We did not have breakfast there (overpriced). Lots of local restaurants
“A lovely first visit to Birmingham!”
Great hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was good, as it was close to shopping, and event centers. Would go back in a heartbeat!
“ONE OF THE BEST”
We had stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. Very convienient for shows especially the Symphany hall as you don't even have to go outside to get there, just walk over the adjoining bridge. Hotel service is as you expect from a 4star hotel but did think food prices a bit on the steep side. Shopping and other bars/restuarants just a 2minute walk away. Would definately stay there again.
“vastly improved”
Was not looking forward to this as stayed 2 years ago and it was awful, but position next to symphony hall was too good to ignore. However, from getting out of taxi it was all excellent, greeted extremely well, efficient reception, clean room. Later went in bar hard working pleasant staff who couldnt do enough for us, next morning breakfast lovely and very helpful waiter. Only slight moan, on checking out the lady did not seem to speak English or really know what she was doing and a smile and an apology for the wait would have been nice, however, everything else was excellent.
“Wonderful value for money”
We had a very enjoyable overnight stay as we went to a concert in the Symphony Hall. So easy to get to across the bridge from the hotel so we didn't need a coat! and no parking of course. We noticed how many concert goers came in late - no doubt as a result of the dreadful traffic and difficult parking. The room was very comfortable and spacious and cost us less than expected for such accommodation. We shall definitely return at some future date. Birmingham is a great place for a weekend break, especially the Jewellry Quarter.
“Great hotel”
Excellent, vv impressive, great staff. comfortable, great location for city centre
“Birminghams best hotel”
Third visit to the Hyatt over 3 years, Each time the hotel has been fantastic. Would definately return again
