stayed overnight as was going to the Utility arena to watch Peter Kay, hotel really central 2 min walk to the arena plenty of bars restaurants near by. Excellent breakfast, staff excellent hotel spotless, parking on site, would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a really nice room, comfy bed. Check in was a big problem. We checked in advance, although I understand check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 12 noon, it would have been kind if staff could allocate us a room before 3pm as we were waiting all this time.
