"The service of this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced, most things were either sold out or they wouldn’t even come to serve you, despite of multiple requests and complaints nothing was done. The breakfast was horrible, hardly any choices and then to top it cold food was served. Never been more disappointed with a hotel. They shouldn’t have a five star as it’s just not a five star service or amenities for a hotel. I’d give them a zero if I could."

"There were some cleanliness issues. When we arrived, we found hair on the towels. Overall, the property was pretty mediocre. The drinks and food were below average. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. That said, the staff was very responsive and quick to address everything. Eren from guest relations in particular went above and beyond and took care of every issue we had. But overall, the room and the hotel itself were not up to Hilton standards."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"The hotel could use some maintenance. The sliding door wouldn’t lock until lubed. Peeling paint and varnished doors and shutters. Paint and varnish flakes that haven’t been swept up near these areas. Dinner was horrible. Awful service, food that was finally served was not per the menu. A wonderful breakfast buffet with cold eggs and no coffee. I wouldn’t return."
