The staff were very helpful and kind, and parking was easily accessible. As a young traveler, I like to be cost effective when booking hotels and this one served its purpose for the price. The room was clean and the location is close to downtown. It is a bit of an old building so there was wear/ tear in the hallways, and it smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but those were the only issues which aren't very big ones in my book. Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

The minuses: not the cleanest property we've been to (perhaps there have been short-staff issues), for example the chair in our room appears to be original to when the property opened (years old, perhaps decades), the thermostat was basically hanging out of the wall (it worked, but still), everything felt very dated, showed wear. The pluses: a FANTASTIC comfortable super-clean bed (we slept very well), even though the bathroom felt dated it was clean and had great water pressure in the shower, excellent friendly staff, and an exceptional breakfast (the best of all properties on this road trip). Good, walkable location to downtown activities and dining.

The staff were all helpful and pleasant. However the hotel was dirty. It is old and needs a lot of refurbishing especially the carpets. It was very dirty. The hotel smells of cleaning solution. They were all awesome.

Very rundown facility. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Many dings and dents on doors. Carpet in hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They do not do daily room service for making beds unless you request it the night before. The breakfast wasn't very good and they didn't bring food out frequently.
