The first room we were assigned to the card keys wouldn’t open the door. We returned to the front desk, and the employees said oh yeah, the batteries are dead. in the second room there was a plastic bag wrapped over the fire alarm. I told the employee at the front desk, he seemed to think it was funny and made a note of it, nobody came to remove it. It was never mentioned again for the rest of the night. I kept wondering if the other rooms around me were in the same condition, I did not feel safe. The bathroom had an empty roll of toilet paper in the dispenser. The microwave did not work.

The building itself is rundown and in need of repair. We needed to use the blankets that were in the room, and one was stained with blue dye or some thing of some sort and dirty. I will not return to this location.

Surprisingly nice room for what is, on the exterior, and incredibly rundown sketchy locale. I would probably stay here again given how cheap it is and the room interior/decent bed. But definitely expect people who are otherwise living out of their cars and pretty methed-out.

It gave me a spot to spend with my new puppy. They put me right by the back door to give potty breaks. That was very convenient. The key card I was given stopped working after a two hours. When I went to replace it, I was given another one and had no other issues with it. The facility itself is the dirtiest, clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It got the job done, however I don’t think I would stay there again.

The location was conveniently located near the airport. The desk person was polite overall the room appeared clean and tidy, but when I went to pick up something I dropped I noticed that the floor was really not that clean. The edges around the walls were very dirty, unswept. The trash cans outside the entry were overflowing and trash was on the ground. The mattress was horrible.

The staff was friendly, it was near impossible to sleep. The window heater sounded like it was slapping water when it would run, and the rain dripping off the roof onto the ac unit sounded like a metal concert in our room. Beds were comfortable, shower was fine. Just the noise was overwhelming.

After being in a noisy motel in California, it was a pleasure to get some rest. I did hear rain hitting the window molding but that was better than fireworks and noisy people. I was a bit surprised that this motel did not offer breakfast.

For "Felony Flats", it's way better than the legendary "Trifecta" down the road (America's Best/Ramada/Lotus). For the most part it's pretty quiet at night. Staff is fine, and there's good parking. Room was clean, thankful for not finding broken pipes and missing mini fridges. This is probably your best bet for cheap hotels in the area.

It was very noisy. You could hear everyone and everything happeing in the hallways. Doors slamming, people yelling and running. The front desk staff were very short with us. Overall you get what you pay for here.

Don’t do it!! You’ve been warned. This is a very run down, dingy, hotel with many homeless staying in parking lot. Room key has to be reset every day. Same piles of trash in parking areas the entire 4 days. Bed was a pit in the middle

The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it smelled of cigarettes and there were ashes by the window. The smoke detector was missing. The window screen was bent out of shape. The chair was filthy and so was the bedding. The walls were filthy and had spiderwebs all over them. Over all we were not happy with the room.

I have stayed here multiple times years ago. This place has really gone down hill. The room was full of patched walls and it was missing the smoke alarm. I was thankful for a hot shower and cold a/c though.

I've done a lot of traveling and this room was one of the most disappointing I've ever seen. The carpet was dirty and had so many stains it was hard to imagine that someone hadn't noticed before now and done something about it. Best word to describe it: disgusting.

Room smelled like smoke. Lots of little holes in the walls from broken or missing fixtures. Staff was really nice. Room was on the bottom floor. Road traffic noise was very noticeable. As was the jet noise at times. Room had newer flooring by everything else was old and or broken in some way. If all you need is a place close to the airport I say it's ok for a very short stay.
