“Great location. Good price.”
This hotel met our needs in terms of quality, location, and price. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, though a bit secluded on the weekend. Everything was very nice, but our room didn't have a dresser.
“Great value, location”
The Club Quarters is a cool little gem in the Downtown Crossing area. It's close to the T and a reasonable walk to the Govt Center/North End. My only complaint is that there is no stairway from guest rooms to the lobby. My room was on the second floor, but I had to wait over 5 minutes for an elevator twice. With stairs, I could have been on the street in 30 seconds. A small complaint in the grand scheme, however. I'd go back in a heart beat!
“Great Boston Hotel”
Centrally located Boston hotel, it is just a short walk to Boston harbor and many attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean and modern - very European in it's ambiance.
“Cozy and Central”
Glad we found this gem. Modern, clean and cozy. Well-located downtown within a short walk of T stations and attractions, we enjoyed the use of an efficiently compact (not cramped) room with a very comfortable queen bed, wifi executive work station, and a shower stall with an incredible shower head. Hope to return for another stay.
“Very comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff”
Club Quarters is centrally located in Boston - handy for the Common and Downtown Crossing areas. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The free wireless internet access was a pleasant surprise and worked straight away. I particularly enjoyed the pub immediately next door for breakfasts and late-night wind-down.
“Fine Hotel in the Financial District”
Good location, good service, good rooms. It is a bit far from some major attractions, but by the T you can get to the heart of town in 10 minutes. Don't forget to get the city transit pass, as seldom it was hard to find taxis, worst than New York even. CQ was a fine hotel, and free internet, bottles for water were some good pluses.
“Excellent location and price”
I booked this hotel because it was close to the heart of Boston without the price of the big-name hotels nearby. Yes, it lacks certain amenities like an indoor pool or spacious rooms, but for visitors like myself who wanted a clean and well-kept place to rest at night while still being close to downtown, Club Quarters cannot be beat.
“I would definitely use them again!”
The hotel was better than I expected. Outside looks a little rough but the interior was excellent. Customer service was above and beyond what I had imagined. It is located a short walk to all the major attractions. The rooms are efficiency in my mind but amazingly clean and well maintained.
“I wanted to move in”
I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was fresh and new. The staff was very friendly. There were some nice touches like extra coffee in the hallway closet. No need to bother anyone, just take care of yourself. The friendly atmosphere seemed contagious because all the other guests I ran into in the elevator and lobby were cheerful and friendly. I wasn't planning on doing much sight-seeing but everything was just down the block. Definitely going back!
“Service with your name”
This was my third (or fourth) time staying at Club Quarters - Boston. My plane arrived late so I headed directly to my daughter's, which put me into the hotel around 1:30am. When I arrived, I was greeted by name. The hotel is in a great location - near the T, walking distance to everything. Fabulous service, great price, wonderful location!
