When I booked the hotel there was free parking for the duration of your vacation. When we arrived, they charged us $25 per night, an expense we were not aware of and not prepared to pay for. Upon request to waive a portion of the fee as we were not notified of this change, we were refused. When booking there was also a free breakfast, also no longer free and there is a charge of up to $15.99 per person depending on the type of breakfast you choose. We did not eat there. We requested to speak to a manager regarding the changes that have taken place in the last 6 months as we had paperwork that indicated these things. The gentleman claimed he was the manager and refused to make or give any adjustments to the bill and informed that even though we had already paid for our stay 6 months ago he could refuse us from staying within the hotel. Another lady was checking in and informed that she had in fact contacted and made arrangements to stay there though they have no records of it when she had proof in her emails. This so-called manager began shouting at her as well, she was tired and clearly feeling emotional and the manager was not sympathetic to anyone, instead extremely annoyed and aggressive with everyone who questioned anything including potentially refusing a stay at the hotel even though it was paid for. Disgusting behavior and extremely unprofessional, my husband and I personally felt like his position as a manager went a bit to his head and he was on a power trip.
