“Good location, great pool and exericse area”
Very nice and very clean hotel. All you have to do is cross the street and enter the Sheratin and you are connected to the Prudential shops from there without having to go outside again. Just a short walk to Boylston and Newbury street for outdoor shopping. The pool, jacuzzi, and workout area are very nice and very clean! We had a nice view from our 16th floor room. The only down side is there is no free Wi Fi in the room. I think this should change!
“Pleasant stay”
Stayed for a night with my husband. Nice, clean & spacious room, great location, good breakfast, helpful staff.

The only problem I had was in the shower on the tile you could see as high as the cleaning lady could see. I am tall so i noticed right away that there was some soap scum built up above the tile that was shaped like a rope. My wife and son (2year old) loved the room and its size ( king corner suite ). The pool and workout area were awesome and I liked the location because I was able to walk to my conference either indoors or outdoors. I like to walk and I love to walk Boston so the furhter away the better. Had to cross the street to the Sheraton in order to stay inside which is no big deal to me. That just means no traffic from other people in the mall when I am in my lounge at the Hilton. Very close to a nice looking church, in the summer when the fountains are on it will be an easy walk to them with my son so he can cool down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus! Pool was fun too. I would definitely stay here again.
“a lovely place to stay”
well located in the Back Bay area (this is not the CBD). It has a number of intertesting streets nearby with restaurants, clothing shops, record, dvd, shops and many others. Within easy walking of back bay fens park and the the CBD. Right opposite the huge Prudential amll and the convention centre. Friendly staff and very clean with nice views. A lovely place to stay

The desk clerk, Tynesha was a jewel! Made our visit a delight. We would stay there again just because of her.

Free internet was a very handy thinjg able to print out any thing to I was there for the Boston Marathon and it is perfectly placed for finish line
“Great hotel, great staff and great location”
Just back from 10 day break at the Hilton. Great hotel where ALL the staff were just so helpful. After a day in town this was a great place to come back to. Location was excellent with lots to see and do. Really couldn't have asked for more from a hotel.
“Everything was Fine”
Nice, clean, and modern. Good customer service. Room was a little small, but that's okay. It was reasonably priced and well located in Boston. Definately would stay here again.

great location in the back bay..........close to everything!! very comfortable room and bed! going again next weekend for our 3rd time this fall/winter.
