“Boston's most pet friendly hotel”
Can't think of another hotel in the Boston Metro Area that provides such high quality service, clean, beautiful rooms, and the most pet friendly service in the city!! Our dog was treated like a king.
“Well worth it!”
The Marlow is a very warm and comfortable hotel adjacent to the Galleria Mall and walking distance to the Museum of Science. Close enough to downtown Boston, I even walked to the TD Garden. A nice place to stay, clean comfortable rooms and well appointed with friendly staff, cant ask for much more.
“Great place to weather a snowstorm!”
Staff was immediately helpful from check-in on, parking and shopping access was a plus in January. Striking rooms were fun. Wonderful Museum of Science across the street for those so inclined. Only minor negative was no HDTV (on NFL playoff weekend) despite the large LCD TV. This was my second very positive stay at a Klimpton. (other was Hotel Monico/Seattle.
“Great Cambridge/Boston Hotel”
We stayed here for a concert in downtown Boston and got a great deal on the room rate. The location of the hotel is great as it's a 5 min cab ride from the heart of Boston however if you want somewhere local to go within walking distance there really isn't anything. The Hotel Bar closes at midnight, there are no other bars or places to eat nearby once these Mall is closed so a cab or a car is a must.
“Lovely”
Would highly recommend this hotel, it was close to the T and attached to a mall!!! Loved it and the leopard print decor was awesome
“Best for my pet”
I was extremely happy with not only the treatment I received but also with how pet friendly this hotel was. He received a bag of dog treats upon check in. Everything else was top notch.
“A pleasant stay in Boston”
Very beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
“very nice”
proximity of parking garage to hotel ideal. Even if there were glitches with the Parking swipe card. Even though pets are welcome, they were not obvious, unless you wanted to pet them. No pet odors or messes were ever noticed. Non-alcoholic drinks shuld be offered with the afternoon wines, if not for children, then for non-imbibing adults
“Nice Place To Stay in Cambridge”
I wanted something better than average for our post Thanksgiving getaway, and this hotel definitely fit the bill! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, including providing me with an in room coffee maker at my request - it was a keurig K-cup machine so very neat and tidy. There are lots of social options such as wine, cocoa, and coffee hours that we avoided like the plague but if you are looking to mingle it's a nice feature. Location: Very walkable and public transportation-able! Near a mall, the science museum, and an easy walk to lots of tasty food and beverage just a quick jaunt up Cambridge street.
“Well kept, clean, comfortable”
Good service. The hotel was very clean and well kept. A good place to stay for shopping and a short walk to the subway. Only downside was the overnight parking of $20 that I didnt know about.
