“Hotel has excellent location to everything”

We went to a red sox game and the hotel was right in Fenways backyard. Nice location and would stay again. Staff was very pleasant. Only downfall I wish they offered coffee in the lobby throughout the evening. Coffee was in rooms but didn't know if they would charge so I didn't use it. Continental breakfast would have been Great!

“Perfect Location and great rates”

The Howard Johnson is in a great position right next to Fenway park and only a short walk from Boston city centre. It's about $30 in a cab from the airport. The rates were very good for what we got. Boston is amazing and I can't wait to go back, when I do I'll most likely stay at the Howard Johnson again too. Overall a great trip.

“Perfect for a large group/family reunion”

Fenway Howard Johnson's was great. We went to Boston for a family event. The staff was great, they were able to give us 5 rooms next to each other. The motel is in a great location, our view was Fenway Park!!! Tons of things to do within walking distance and the resturant down stairs was great. We want to go back!!!

“My first time to Fenway”

I didn't understand that if I was paying for the hotel room at the Howard Johnsons, why did I have to pay $20.00 extra for parking in Howard Johnsons parking lot?? However, the blond haired lady at the front desk was awesome, very polite and professional. She tried to get a room early, but it just wasn't ready, but she tried. For the most part, I could tell the Howard Johnsons building is old, it has been there for quite awhile, but overall, it was in pretty good shape. Great location, very easy to get to Fenway,,,,,just a 3 minute walk and the convenience of a bed close by to sleep in after the game. We both had a great time, and my Red Sox won on top of it!

“Comfottable hotel for great price”

This hotel is not fancy but it was reasonably comfortable and the staff was friendly and thoughtful. We were close to the T station. The price was very good, for both the room and parking. Wi-Fi was free.

“HoJo Fenway Park”

Wasn't expecting much, but it's very convienient to the House of Blues on Lansdowne St. where I was going to see Extreme, so I booked it in spite of the soso reviews. Not nearly as bad as I expected, fine for a night. The door's were a little thin, so noise of doors shutting might have been annoying if I had planned on sleeping alot, I didn't, so not a problem really. Staff were pleasant and generally helpful. Room was clean enough. I'd stay there again if I was going back to the House of Blues for another show.

“If you are planning a trip to Fenway........”

This hotel is perfect if you are wanting to travel to Boston for a Red Sox visit. It's right behind Fenway, walking distance from the subway and close to the Fenway night life. Also if you want to see the city, the walk to Kenmore station is 5 minutes and linked right up to the city. Don't expect anything fancy though at this hotel. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower this is perfect.
