Grill Lounge - This casual lounge offers specialty wines, cocktails, and appetizers along with views of Boston Harbor and the city skyline. High-back stools with leather seats adorn the full bar. Guests can sit on leather ottomans to watch the ballgame on a flat-screen TV. Outdoor seating available. Open 4 PM-2 AM (subject to change).

“Loved it!”
Super friendly and helpful people. Awesome view and awesome free shuttle service to and from Airport and subway terminal. They do have VERY expensive parking, so beware.
“a culture of great service”
Some hotels have good customer service. Others have an evident culture of great customer service that you see from the most senior manager to the floor staff. This one had the latter. Happy employees make happy customers
“Highly reccomended”
Absolutely an escellent experience. Hotel was meticulously clean and comfortable. We had a great time at the Harbourside grill. The staff was the most curtious I experienced in a long time. They really made us feel welcomed and catered to us in a first class fasion. Hats off to the staff there.
“Great Views”
We enjoyed fabulous views from the 15th floor of this hotel, also found the staff to be very pleasant. The shuttle to the terminals was fast and frequent. We also had a very good rate through expedia, and all in all this was a very good value.

“Excellent Hotel”
Very nice hotel. Stayed for one night before early flight back home. Staff was very nice and accomidating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was great too! Loved how close it was to downtown and the airport. Easy rental car return acces. Definately will be a place I will stay again when I go for business or with the family.
“Hyatt Harborside”
The people at the Hyatt Harborside were the most charming aspect of the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely. Much as we enjoyed it, there were some frustrations. Internet connection was charged per computer, and with three teenagers, that meant a lot of time was spent in the lobby where the wifi was free. Parking was $34 per day. Also, it was not convenient for picking up sundries unless you like shopping in an airport!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was outstanding. I had the best meal of pistachio crusted fish. Amazing!

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Harborside for my first visit to Boston and I'd have to say that the staff and the hotel in general was remarkable. The Shuttle service from the Airport to Hotel to Subway Station was a BIG PLUS!!! Thank You to the Staff for your hospitality during our four days in Boston. I still wish I was there!
