“Great location and Friendly staff”
Stayed over for New Years Eve with an additional room with teenagers. Great venue to celebrate the new year as the hotel is connected to a great mall and Copely Square where there was plenty of activities. Staff was very pleasant even with the chaos of New Years Eve everywhere.
“New favorite”
The new rooms are terrific and kept perfectly clean. Hotel and room convenience levels couldn't be higher. My first choice in back bay now. (especially in winter with the connecting bridgeways)
“One of Boston's Best”
What a delightful experience! We travel to Boston often and this is now our favorite. The room had a beautiful view of South Boston, the South End and the waterfront. The hotel has a great breakfast, a lively lounge and is attached to two great malls. If you are looking for a getaway weekend, don't be afraid to book here. You can have a Boston experience in midwinter without ever going outside!
“Nice hotel, nice location”
The Marriott - Boston (Copley Place) is a nice hotel. Convenient access (connected) to shopping and the "T". Not too far from local shops on Newbury. I'd go back.
“Marriott Copley - a refreshing treat”
The Marriott Copley is ideally suited to Business travellers, however it is a very clean and comfortable hotel, with very friendly staff and a fantastic location. The only downside is the lack of restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are top of the range and the rooms are very well presented.
“Great Hotel, Great Location”
Wonderful experience.
“What a great experience!”
The Marriott Copley was an excellent hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. The check-in was totally effortless. The bellhops were very friendly. There was even a tour desk and car rental in the lobby. No one minded answering questions. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The view from the room was spectacular. The hotel was situated close to the subway, but the bellhops were always there to hail a cab. The two mall connected to the hotel were excellent. Overall, this was perhaps the best hotel experience I have ever had. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!
“The hotel is within a Mall, what could be better!”
I asked for an upgrade and received one immediately to a beautiful corner room with view of the river. Coply Place Mall is right there, so what could be better on a freezing cold night, as it was, to shop and dine without going outside.
“Fantastic Place to Stay”
My stay at this hotel was even better then i had hoped for. It was extremely comfortable, very clean, and right in the middle of everything downtown. The only negative was the front desk staff. They were somewhat friendly, and there really should have been more there to help guests. It took forever to check in and out. But the rest of our stay was so great i could totally over look that minor detail, and will definitely stay there again the next time i'm in Boston.
“Best Hotel in Boston”
I cannot say enough about the Mariott chains in Boston. Copley Place is perfectly located to get everywhere without a car. The service is impeccable and the food is fabulous - must have the clam chowder. If you get a room near the top, the views are spectacular and concierge service is a true luxury. They are very well managed.
