“Nine Zero Hotel in the middle of winter”
We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience in a convenient central location with really pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble although it was freezing outside.
“Perfect Location. Perfect Hotel.”
Nine Zero was an absolutely lovely stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating the rooms were lovely. At the end of my trip I kind of felt like 'awe! I wish I had spent a little more time in the hotel!' Because it was just so nice in there.
“90Plus - Comfort, Style, and Luxury”
The room and bath, and the entire hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are superb, very helpful, friendly, and provide excellent information as well as create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Gabriella, the manager, is fabulous. The fresh, cool water, the wine hour, the morning coffee, are very special amenities. Great location as well - near the T, good location if driving, though instructions in advance to warn about where to turn would be helpful to avoid difficult Boston streets. Only one thing could be improved - towel racks or hooks for the bath. Overall a wonderful hotel!
“Over the top service!”
The staff was so extremely helpful and friendly. From arrival to departure they went above and beyond to be helpful. Greeting us with wine and little gifts for the kids to outstanding nearby restaurant recommendations. We also loved the location close to the commons and the T-line. The decor was contemporary and fresh. The toilet in the bathroom was our only problem at times - I guess the low-flow wasn't quite up to the job at times but they were right on it. But the shower had great water pressure - don't you just hate it when you are traveling and you are ready for a nice shower and you can hardly get your hair wet? Not the case here!
“Perfect location for a boston weekend.”
This small hotel is the perfect place to be a tourist in Boston. We came for an anniversary weekend and when the staff found out it was our 40th, they suprised us with a bottle of wine in our room. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was still roomy enough for us to enjoy being there, the decor was lovely and the bed comfortable. the location right near Boston Common is perfect, and also it's near the metro, so we saved a lot on being able to walk and ride the metro rather than taxies. There was a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby each day at 5pm...nice touch. All in all, a good value and we would go again. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance too.
“Would definitely return”
Well-designed and appointed but not to the point of being overdone. Room was comfortable. Good location close to Quincy Market and Back Bay. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
“lovely small boutique hotel”
I have stayed at the Nine Zero a number of times while in Boston and always feel comfortable there. The staff is friendly, accommodating and competent. The rooms are small, but well appointed and comfortable. It feels posh without being pretentious. The hotel is extremely well located - near a couple of subway stations and bus stops, downtown crossing, the boston common and lots of restaurants. It will always be my first choice in Boston.
“Great Hotel! Professional, Friendly Staff!”
We had a GREAT time in Boston! Perfect hotel, great neighborhood!
“Definitely would stay again”
We stayed just one night at Nine Zero and wish we could have stayed longer. Centrally located - not too far to walk to Quincy Market, Boston Common, Newbury St. shopping district. The room was great - comfortable bed, nice modern accommodations.
“Our Boston hotel of choice”
This was our 2nd annual stay at the Nine Zero and this latest experience was as pleasurable as the first. It's a beautiful, contemporary hotel with extremely helpful, polite staff. It's located in a great central location within walking distance of nearly everything and close to several subway stops. In a city with its fill of mediocre, chain options the Nine Zero stands well above the rest.
