“Great getaway spot!”
My husband and I were only in Boston for a half day and overnight, and this was the best deal! The hotel is smack in the middle of the city, only steps to the Boston Commons, Newbury street, public transit, restaurants, and other local sites. Our room was perfect for a couple or just one person. The only thing we found odd was that there was only a stand-up shower, no tub. Overall, very comfortable!
“Nice place to stay”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel is lovely, staff outstanding, the food and drink delicious. The room was very comfortable. Close by to many of my favorite Boston places. The only problem arriving by car was navigating the streets of Boston to get to the hotel to park.
“Uncommon Experience Adjacent to Boston Common!”
A lovely old hotel, originally the Hotel Statler of Boston prominence. It has been beautifully preserved and updated. Our stay was delightful, comfortable and reasonably priced to boot! Would we stay again?? You bet! Only negative is the expensive cost of parking daily.

Stayed here with my daughter the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location. If there was one thing to watch out for, was the cost of parking overnight. For the two nights we were there the parking was $92, other than that everything was great.
