“Great location, good price, clean rooms”
The price (booked through expedia) and location are excellent. Rooms are small, but who cares. Outlets are in short supply, and wireless internet would be nice, but those are my only minor complaints. There was a sprinkler disaster on our last day there on the floor above us. Some water leaked from the ceiling and got some of our stuff wet, and my wife couldn't shower before we checked out. That sucked, but the hotel refunded us one night and made it right.
“our night at the bulfinch hotel!!!”
first of all i loved the building it was really different i like different it has a special look to it that draws you right in. second i found the staff to be very polite and helpful not to mention attentive to our needs great staff there. we dinned at the resturant in the hotel the food was great as well as the service had a fantastic meal and drinks at a fair price. the room we got was at the beginning of the building so it was a little small but more than fit our needs very comfortable bed clean room what more could you ask for we were very pleased it was a surprize gift we went to the celtics game that night and couln't have been more pleased that it was a walk from the hotel. overall it was a great night!!!!!!!
“Good Stay”
This is a very nice hotel. Our room was small but well-appointed, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was huge. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.
“Great experience - have already recommended to others.”
Convenient location. Small, so not so busy. Great attention by staff. Rooms small, but very clean and had all we needed. Able to get on internet easier than any of the chain hotels.
“Great hotel”
The hotel was fantastic, great room and friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was apart from the tapas bar at the hotel there were hardly any restaurants near by.
“good position and good price”
good rooms but give ones next to communications room a miss had to change ours due to noise
“Great location”
The Bulfinch is located in between several neighborhoods, just a short walk from Beacon Hill, the North End and TD Gardens. The room was small by American standards but just fine by European standards, which is plenty good for my wife and myself. The rooms were decently maintained. The rooms at the top have larger windows. We took a room on the 9th floor. You're close enough to the North End to get a coffee and snack for breakfast at any of the cafes or bakeries. This staff is far from doting but who cares; they do the job. Free Wall St Journal and USA Today at the front desk.
“Great location and very comfortable”
Hotel has great location within walking distance of North Station , Italian section with great restaraunts, and many other Boston attractions. Highly recommend this hotel to those wanting to enjoy a comfortable stay in Boston.
“Awesome!”
Helpful staff, comfortable bedgood restaurant, big bathroom, right next to TD Garden... What else can I ask?
“ONE OF BOSTON'S BEST”
THE STAFF AT THE BULFINCH HOTEL WERE EXTREMELY NICE. I ARRIVED EARLIER THAN PLANNED AND CHECK IN ISN'T UNTIL 3PM. I WENT AND HAD LUNCH AND WHEN I CAME BACK THEY ALREADY HAD A ROOM WAITING FOR ME. THAT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DINNER CHOICES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
