“Excellant location and very friendly staff”
I would deffinately stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Boston.
“Comfortable place to stay.... not a great view ???”
We stayed here over Valentine's Day - beautiful lobby... great space...Chocolate covered strawberries & champagne were delivered to our room, complimentary... bathroom was a bit cramped, no ventilation - it got really warm ! The view was of dumpsters and a brick building... would have hoped for a nicer view considering the cost...
“Clean, Friendly and helpful-The Eliot Hotel”
The Eliot Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Someone was always by the door to open it. The hotel was close to shops, restaurants and the T.

“Beautiful European Boutique Hotel”
The hotel was lovely -- situated right off of Newberry Street. Loved the location, the quietness of the hotel and the staff. The only thing it was missing was a coffee maker in the room! I had to walk to Starbucks each morning.
“great choice for a hotel in boston”
very clean, attentive service.
“A Country House Hotel in a fashionable part of town.”
Hotel of great character. Located a little way from the 'old' city, but close to the museums, galleries and quality shops. Restaurant Clio, excellent.
