“Happy in Cambridge!”
The Inn is the best accomodation for families or others visiting students at Harvard due in large part to its close proximity to Harvard. The staff is courteous, helpful and, on this, my third visit in 6 months, I felt like returning family. The rooms are comfortable and clean and generally well appointed. Breakfast is well-prepared and foods and fruit fresh and tasty. For other meals, there are a myriad of eateries within easy walking distance from upscale epicurean (Sandrines) to the greatest assortment of some of the best burgers you will ever taste (Bartley's), all within 3 blocks. A great hotel for your visit to the campus.
“Great Place!”
The sheets were a bit starchy; but overall, it was a wonderful experience!
“Cambridge Square hotel”
My son, daughter and new grand-daughter joined my husband and me for a three-day family reunion. The hotel was very accomodating to my son's family. They provided a crib in the room and lots of patience with the 12 month-old at breakfast, in particular.
“Great Location for Harvard College Parents”
Incredible location. Surroundings are a little stuffy for a West Coast casual guy like me. Great staff and really comfortable rooms.
“Stay at the Inn!”
The Inn at Harvard is a lovely hotel. It's very central for parents visiting students. The hotel couldn't be any closer to campus!
“Great Service, Cozy, and Perfect Location”
The Inn at Harvard was a great hotel pick for my recent visit to Cambridge. My mom and I were there for the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Open House for Admitted Students. The location was ideal (right next to the T and basically in the heart of campus). The rooms were comfortable and clean (fluffy mattresses and bath&body works soaps). And finally, the service was impeccable (the concierge and wait staff were friendly and helpful). My family will certainly choose to stay here when they come to visit next year.
“Great Value, Great Location”
We were pleasantly surprised by the Inn at Harvard. Very easy access to downtown Boston, and right next door to Harvard. Would definitely go back. Room was clean, comfortable, and didn't feel like a typical hotel room. It had more style and interest, and was a great place to come back to after long days of walking around the city. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Great location”
Great location for walking to tour historical sites and many restaurants to choose from. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
“An oasis of calm in Cambridge MA”
The Inn at Harvard is really splendid- The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I especially liked the fact that I could not hear the heating system during the night . The standard of furniture was very high- solid and tasteful. The bathroom was bright and nicely lit. The location is very central- beside Harvard University. The staff were very polite and helpful.
“Great location, friendly staff, not a $ bargain”
I arrived early in the morning after catching a red-eye from California. The folks at the Inn at Harvard found me a room and checked me in at 9am! While there aren't many "extras" at the Inn, the location was great and the folks at the Inn were very helpful.
