I'd rate it a 4.5 actually, but the only thing I can say that didn't go well - which honestly does detract from the experience - is that the floorboards are creaky as all getout. The people above us must have had bladders the size of a thimble or suffered from extreme insomnia because they were walking on every creaky floorboard all night long, all hours of the night. But besides that, it's a great place to stay. Everything was new, clean, and updated. We had our own washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. The master bathroom tub even had jets! Great value for the price we paid. The service desk was friendly and courteous. We called twice about concerns with the unit: once when the fireplace was emitting strange fumes, and another time when one of the bathroom sinks were leaking. Each time the maintenance guy came to the rescue within a few minutes and had the problem taken care of in just as long. A positive experience overall, highly recommended!

Great resort with amazing suites for families. Everything was clean and ready to go for our weekend stay. The staff was helpful during check in and we enjoyed all amenities. Definitely our new favorite place to stay while in Branson!

Great experience
The room was delightful and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our second night the AC broke in our room by they sent maintenance immediately. Since the issue could not be fixed that night they promptly moved us to a new room without any fuss or bother.

My family and I have a great stay at the WorldMark Branson! The facility was in a quiet section of Branson just minutes from the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean with the cozy feel of home! Will definitely stay again.

Visit to Branson
The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy. My only complaint is that upon arrival there was a smell in the unit as if someone had cooked and burned food. We opened the windows and doors and purchased scented candles and later the scent had dissipated. Other than that everything was lovely. The unit was equipped with all the conveniences of home.

Requested handicap accessible room however when I called to confirm with condo was told that they were none available. However they would see if any cancellations came through before someone got to the condo nothing no elevator in here to walk down 14 steps to get to room which was not easy with luggage and to handicapped veterans. Then when showing did not have hardly any hot water reported but since we were there a short stay they said they would note it. Staff was friendly and apologetic it did not help the matter at hand. The condo was very clean.

Normally we stay in a hotel but this trip we decided to check out the amenities of a condo. Let me tell you that WorldMark did NOT disappoint. Our condo was amazing. The comfort, space, location and friendliness of staff was off the chart amazing! I do not post recommendations often but WorldMark is worth my time so I am giving them two thumbs up and kudos!

Thanksgiving Trip
The condo was very nice and clean. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the condo, and had everything we needed to do so (except the food), nice pans and pots, serving spoons, etc... The beds were super comfortable and the murphy bed was easy to lift up and down. My only issue was the people above us were SO loud, stomping around at all hours of the night. I realize that is just part of being in an apartment/condo, but it was pretty loud and made it difficult to get a nice sleep. Other than that, the property was FANTASTIC and we had a very nice visit to Branson.

Extremely clean - looked brand new! Mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics needed for simple meals, they even had several spices included. Only complaint was that we booked through VRBO and the listing there states that there is 1 king bed, 2 double beds, and a queen murphy bed. The 2 double beds were not correct - it is 2 twin beds. This didn't matter for us, but it could for someone who is trying to fit more that one person in those beds! Also, because I booked on VRBO, I was expecting to get check-in instructions, and I didn't receive anything. I had to call the day before we left and found out that it's like a hotel - they have a 24-hour check in desk where you get your key. It would have been helpful to know this, because I have stayed at similar properties that did not have a check-in desk and you were emailed a key code before hand, so that is what I was expecting. Overall though, the place was immaculate, and I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again!

We loved the condo and found it to have everything we needed. It was furnished well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only complaint is that the pool hours were cut short due to COVID 19 and a lot of the amenities were not available. Understandable but it should have been disclosed before we booked. Outside of some noisy upstairs neighbors, we loved the place and would return.

The staff was very friendly, and courteous, the condo was home away from home, so cozy, and the amenities was just right. I wish it was pet friendly so I could have brought my 5lb yorkie mix, she is a big part of our family, but other than that we totally enjoyed Branson

Quick Vacation
The room was very spacious and nice. The murphy bed was much more enjoyable than a normal hide a bed. It was nice having a personal grill right outside the patio door along with little packages of spices. COVID kept us from doing a few things on the property but it was understandable.

The condo was nice and spacious with a nice kitchen , 2 full bathrooms , 2 bedrooms and a murphy bed in the living room. I was surprised that the wifi was not free.
