“Great Brisbane Location”
The staff was helpful and the location of the hotel was great. I would return once renovations are completed.
“Perfect for inner city brisbane”
This is an above satisfactory hotel. The rooms were refreshed and of a good standard. I had the buffet breakfast (a little below par; with not a good/ripe selection of foods).
“Good short stay choice”
Good for short stay, excellent parking facilities, staff very helpful. Left our phone charger there and called back week later and they found it for us.
“Easy to get around”
The hotel staff were lovely. The hotel was comfortable. There is a free bus service outside the hotel so it was very easy to get around. I would recommend this hotel. Beautiful park across the road.

Bathroom was Not very clean; only One Lift; Underground parking for 7 $ per Day; free Bus in City dring the Week
“Adequate lodging in a great city”
The hotel is relatively nice and clean, if a tad dated. The rooms were small and the beds worn out. The location is a bit removed, but for those willing to walk a bit, it is a reasonable walk into downtown or to the train/bus station (but uphill coming back). We were awakened early every morning to the loud clanging of trash being picked up in the neighborhood directly behind the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. A coin operated laundry area in the basement was a convenience. A three star hotel in our opinion, but I have nothing to compare it to in Brisbane.
“Not a good value for money.”
Old and ugly hotel. The rooms are not as they display on their web site. The TV was quite small and bulky..not even worth $20. Breakfast is a disaster..doesn't even have cheese! and the bed was too small. The hotel needs considerable renovation. Not a good value for money. It is in the CBD, but the far end of the CBD..need at least 15 - 20 minutes walk to reach the heart of the city.
