“Choose this hotel!”
Excellent hotel. Excellent staff, very clean room and comfortable bed. Very high end 3* hotel - could be a 4*. Would highly recommend to anyone.
“Superb”
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My family were very happy with it. Modern and clean, and very comfortable. Underground car park was not too expensive. Location of hotel is excellent, on a road full of chocolate shops and Belgian beer shops. Only a short walk from the canals, the tourist attractions and the main shopping area.
“Great central hotel”
Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Clean, friendly hotel about 10 mins walk to the main square in Brugges. Great value for money - would happily return.
“Great hotel, great location.... great city”
Excellent hotel in a great, peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk from all the cities major sites and market places. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here next time i go to Bruges!

Brilliant location for walking everwhere in Brugge .. carparking close by .. convenience store across the road from entrance .. staff very friendly .. helpful and spoke English .. good value breakfast .. kids eat free .. close to many fine restaurants and cafe's ..
“Great choice for families”
We are a family of 4, the children being 6 and 8. The Novotel Bruges is an excellent choice for young families driving from the UK. The hotel is easy to find, being just off the ring road and on one of the main routes into the city centre. There is a multi storey car park right next to the hotel and the parking charges - EUR 30 for 4 nights/5 days - were very reasonable. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the main squares, the Markt and Burg, and also to the Minnewater lake. The comfort and condition of the hotel could not be faulted. The family room was of a good size. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which makes a big difference to the holiday budget, and the breakfast buffet offered lots and lots of hot and cold options. For evening meals the restaurant is expensive by UK standards but not as expensive as restaurants that we tried outside the hotel. There is a Xbox in the hotel foyer - with just one game loaded, Cars - and our kids spent some time playing against each other and against other kids. There are also 2 PCs in the hotel foyer for use by hotel guests. There is a small childrens playground behind the hotel. The Novotel is a modern hotel, it is not quaint or romantic, but I recommend it for young families.
