“An outstanding hotel and hotel experience”
This hotel exceeds expectations on every aspect. The staff are exceptionally professional and helpful, and the rooms are out of this world. The best aspect to all this is the amazing champagne breakfast, with more food than you can eat but somehow you manage to finish it all. The service at breakfast is exemplary, and we felt really looked after. The bar and lounge in which to relax are also amazing. We would definitely return without question.
“Looking forward to a return visit”
Just a 6 euro cab from Brugge station and we arrived outside the Hotel, our very first thought was "this looks perfect" and it was. The friendliest and professionalism of all the staff would put many high class hotels to shame. The rooms were clean and fresh, bed was comfortable and all fixtures and fittings were A1. Breakfast was a special treat with a very personal and excellent service from the restaurant staff. We will be going back and have recommended this Hotel to our friends and family

“Excellent small luxury Hotel”
The location was fantastic. The public rooms were decorated in a very charming, warm way. Our room had a great view of the church tower. It was very romantic! The staff members were extremely helpful with all our needs! We highly recommend it and would stay there again if we we in Brugges!
“A romantic hotel”
Well located, quiet and with a scrumptious breakfast, if we ever went back to Bruge we would stay at the Pand again. As an interior designer I particularly loved the reception rooms and bar which were in very good taste and more like a gracious home than a hotel. Well done and thank you.
“Jewel of a Hotel”
My wife and I were in Bruges for a romantic weekend and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The Pand Hotel is a classy boutique hotel with stylish decor and set in a pretty little street only a few hundred yards from the historic centre. The rooms are all individually furnished and are very comfortable. The hotel is a converted coach house - some travellers may find some of the rooms on the small side compared to modern hotels - but if it is character you are after this is a great little hotel. The highlight has to be the superb champagne breakfast and the friendly staff who genuinely cannot do enough for you. Before we arrived we emailed the hotel and they helpfully recommended a romantic nearby restaurant to make the trip especially memorable.
“Superb service, ideal location”
The PAND is comfortable, quiet and very close to the key museums and galleries in Bruges. The service at the front desk and in the breakfast room is friendly and superbly efficient (in English and several other languages). They serve great breakfasts and book you into good restuarants for dinner. My only difficulty was clambering into the bath for a shower, but younger people will have no trouble.
“Wouldn't go anywhere else”
Perfectly situated in a quiet street in the centre of town, this hotel has the ambience and atmosphere of a private house, (it was originally a carriage house.) Beautifully decorated using Ralph Lauren fabrics and good furniture, it is full of taste and charm, and famous for providing lavish and delicious breakfast, served with great attention to detail in the pretty dining room or on the terrace. Lovely staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Don't bother looking for anything better.

“perfect place in bruges..”
This is a fantastic place. the friendliest 'hotel' i have ever stayed in. classically beautiful and quiet. i say 'hotel' as is actually a guesthouse / b&b. forget staying in plush ridiculously expensive hotel with not character, this beautiful little period place is far superior. you feel really looked after with only 20 rooms.. and nothing is too much trouble either. all mod cons. perfect location too for a weekend away.. romantic or not. really not expensive for what you get. i cannot endorse enough.
