“Great Location”

this hotel is located a few steps from Grand Place; "the" place to be for shopping, sightseeing and enjoying the heart of Brussels.

“Excellent Hotel in the Center of Brussels”

An excellent hotel located very close to the Grand Place and a short walk from Gare Centrale. I had a very nice, quiet single room on the 5th floor.

“Great central location”

The hotel is just right for an inexpensive weekend break - almost on top of the Grande Place and near plenty of good restaurants. Parking is available just around the corner.

“In the Middle of the Action in Brussels”

We stayed here for four nights in November during which it rained every day. Luckily this hotel is right off the Grand Plaza and in the middle of a large shopping area so we could walk without getting too wet. With one exception, the people at the desk were friendly and very helpful giving us advice about where to find services and/or specific locations. The woman who oversaw the breakfast buffet in the morning was unpleasant enough that we found places outside to eat which was fine because the breakfast did not come with the room charge anyway. The room was very clean and comfortable. It partially overlooked an alley and part of the main street and was noisy at night if we had our window open. Other than that, it was perfect. The hotel is neither too large nor too small so there was seldom a wait at the desk if we needed information.

“Good find in Brussels”

The hotel is a basic hotel. It is clean and has what you need to spend the night. Our room was a corner room, and the windows do open. It's really nice because you get the smell and the sound of Brussels. The location is awesome. It is so close to the Central Station. Grote Markt was around the corner, where you can find restaurants, shops, chocolate shops, etc. The front desk staff was nice and spoke english. The one thing that I find weird, you have to leave a key at the front desk before you leave. But when we saw the key, we knew why you have to. The bed was fine, it was not King size, but for European standard, that was good. I agree the pillow was a bit small, but when you're tired from walking around all day, pillow size was the least of my worry. We didn't get the breakfast there because across the street there are other places where you can get breakfast and cheaper.

“Great location for Central Brussels”

Stayed one night stop-over en route from Liege to France. Excellent location for Grand Place and central Brussels, and price perfect. Room was clean and tidy and the staff were very courteous and competent. Bit noisy at night but not so that it ruined my stay. You can't be this close to the action without some slight downside. Not tried any others locally so I don't know how it compares, but I would certainly stay again

“Great location”

Very pleased with our stay here. Arrived about two hours early and were able to check in as room was available. Room itself somewhat basic, but comfortable with a spacious private bathroom/shower (great water pressure). Despite being very centrally located, the room itself was quiet and no outside noise could be heard. The hotel is only about a minute walk away from the Grande Palace and very close to Gare Centrale (about 3 minute walk). Would stay here again.

“Did the job.”

Centrally placed and convenient for the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. Clean and functional. Single bed and room both on the small side but did the job. Breakfast fine. Front desk helpful.

“Very Central”

Very simple hotel but very central. No tea/coffee facilities in room but near lots of cafes. Very nice staff.

“Good hotel”

Hotel was excellent value for money. It was clean. comfortable and staff were very helpful. Although I can speak French they spoke in English to my non-French speaking friend. Aris Grand Place is in an excellent location for City Centre, being just a few metres from the Grand Place, Gare Centrale and major boulevards. Would highly recommend it.
