“Excellent Hotel !”
Great hotel and an excellent price. The location is a bit out of the way, which is fine as there is a bus stop with in a 1 minute walk and a metro station with in a 5 minute walk. Walking into the centre only takes 10-15 mins and is a pleasant walk with plenty to see on the way. The hotel itself is perfect! All staff we spoke to were friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very quiet. The hotel as a bar, restaurant. Did not use any of these, as there are plenty of bars & restaurants around the area.
“Truely a lovely hotel”
We got there early and was warmly welcomed. We quickly booked in and went to rooms, which was really lovely and spacious. The only problem we had that day was our doors to our room was giving trouble to open, but that was quickly sorted. It was easier to get to the Grand Place and the walk was refreshing. Only thing we had dinner at the hotel one night, the food was not great. But overall I would stay at this hotl again.
“Lovely hotel”
Its such a shame we didnt enjoy Brussels because this hotel was amazing. Staff were very helpful and the whole hotel was immaculate! Pool was clean and of a nice size. We had 2 breakfasts and a dinner which was probably the best food we had the 4 days we were in Brussels. This hotel comes v.v.v. recommended.
“Drink but don't drive”
Car park underneath hotel with well placed lift gave easy car to room luggage move--under cover But driving without sat-nav in Brussels is not recommended. However the glass of sparkling wine offered at check-in set the tone for the stay.

Hotel was great. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Pretty good location, within walking distance to shopping and just a short taxi or bus ride to attractions.

“IF BACK IN BRUSSELS WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL”
Very freindly atmosphere, extremely helpful staff that go out of thei way to please clients, breakfast was fantastic,I was especially pleased to find that some of the staff spoke Arabic language, and even one of the front office ladies spoke six languages(very impressive). The only drawback was room service which took a bit of a long time to deliver orders. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
“good Hotel and close to many atractions”
The hotel is very good and the personnel were very kind and helpful.
“Great hotel for its price”
Very professional staffs. It's near the center of the city, room is clean and elegant, just a tab small but overall it's a real 4 stars hotel.
