They upgraded our room for no reason, it was clean, and great service! More than we had expected!

We have stayed here on many occasions and the Residence Izabella ranks up there with the best in Europe. A must if you visit Budapest.
“An elegant place to stay”
We were made very welcome at Mamaison, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location perfect for exploring Budapest as it was near a metro as well as within reasonable walking distance of the centre and the river. Our apartment was great! High spec furnishings and accessories, very well planned and presented with all we needed for a comfortable stay. It was amazing value for money. Do visit the nearby Terror Haza museum - a humbling experience - heartbreaking to see the continued suffering of the Hungarian people over so many decades.

“Family Friendly”
Good living space and located right off the main boulevard. The room service was from a nearby Italian restaurant and was excellent. The staff was friendly to the kids. Overall a great spot, and highly recommend it.
“ideal residence”
this hotel is idealy placed for all of budapest. with a metro station within 50 yards and an excellent italian restaurant the same distance you dont need to use taxis at all. the staff cant do enough for you and free internet laptops are provided in the lobby all in all 10/10
“Super quiet hotel/apartments”
Excellent in every way except for the bed having foam rubber matteress and polyester pillows that I cannot abide, this spoilt what otherwise would have been a perfect stay.
“Comfortable and excellent service.”
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, the management keen to respond to every request. The only slight downside is the lack of catering facilities, though the hotel offers to arrange delivery from a nearby restaurant. Getting a car into the garage is something of a challenge. However, this will be my preferred place to stay in Budapest from here on.

I can only say good things about our stay at this hotel.Everything from the cleanliness and design of this hotel to the politeness and professional attitude of the staff was perfect from arrival to departure.Myself and my wife found this hotel to be very well situated for access to all the major sights of budapest and also close enough to many restaurants and bars.This was our first visit to budapest but will certainly not be our last and this hotel will be top of my list for accomodation when we next visit.....SUPERB!!
