“Impressed”
good facilities, excellent services!
“Very nice hotel near Puerto Madero”
The Park Tower is literally connected to the Sheraton Hotel near Puerto Madero, and a couple of blocks from the bus terminal which has direct connections to both local airports. Since the hotel is connected to the Sheraton, it felt a bit more to me like the Sheraton + than a standalone luxury hotel. Still, it's very nice. The lobby is very well furnished. The room was perfect- very quiet, nice bed and sheets, good range of TV channels, very nice amenities in bathroom, and very clean. You can use either the fitness center at the Park Tower or the Sheraton. I tried both, and preferred the Park Tower's. It has very good, new treadmills and good weight machines. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever.

The Park Tower is an excellent hotel with a very high level of customer service. Each floor is assigned a butler who is there to make sure your stay meets or exceeds expectations - which they did! Centrally located, easy to get around.

I have been staying at Park Tower for a long time. Previously for business and presently when visiting BA as tourist. Hotel services are impecable, personnel extremelly friendly and professional.

“Good hotel, so-so location”
This hotel is an upscaled part of the next door Sheraton and shares with it all major amenities, like pool and gym. Staying in Sharaton for 1/2 the price is may be not a bad idea. Same comfort less fruit busket.
“Stain ? Which Stain ?”
When we got into the room, there it was : A BIG stain in the carpet, which casued us a bad first impression. However, we soon found out that everything else was of outstanding quality. Our buttler brought us a nice plate of fruits and cheese (Thanks Carmem !). Gustavo was definetely the best concierge we have ever dealt with, always willing to indicate a fine restaurant or make reservations for a show. What a wonderful people ! When we left, we could not even notice that small stain, but will always remember that fine hotel.

People in hotel (bell boy, concierge, front desk, etc.)is realy service oriented and that makes the diference
