“Fish and Chips.”
I had the best fish and chips I have had anywhere, and I am English!!! It was magical to look out from the dining room on the gently falling snow. It must be a nice outlook at any season. I was most impressed with the hotel.
“Great service, staff and condition”
The hotel is great. We stayed there for two nights and the rooms were in great condition and the breakfast was great as well. There were cereals, fruit or yoghurt and also sweet breakfast. They also brought us to the airport that we can take a bus to go to the Niagara Falls and at night they pickt us up again from the airport. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had questions. My parents and I would stay in the hotel again and we would recommend it.
“Great staff! Excellent stay!!!”
This is the second time I have stayed at this specific Ramada, the last time I stayed here was exactly there years prior to this. My husband and I came down from Toronto with a couple of friends for a weekend of shopping and this was an excellent place to stay for the night. The hotel is well kept and accommodations are comfy. We requested extra towels and pillows and the front desk attendant had them up to our room within minutes. The beds were extremely comfy and the rooms spacious. I believe the gentleman who checked us in was Mike, and he was so friendly and helpful, as were all of the other staff we encountered; a true delightful and freshing change from some of the other hotels I we have stayed in. The location is a tad bit out of the way and seems even more out of the way if you get there after dark; however, seeing that we have stayed in many other hotels in the Amherst/Tonawanda area over the years, it's worth the extra 5 minutes or so to drive to this one. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future. Thank you kindly for a wonderful experience!!
“Great Value! ...This is our new hotel to stay at for shopping trips”
Great value! This hotel should be rated 4-star. The hotel is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Only complaint would be that walls seem thin and noises can be heard between rooms. A pool would be nice too. If you need a great, affordable place to lay your head during a shopping trip, this Ramada is a great choice. We'll be booking this hotel again for our next shopping trip!
“Decent hotel”
Clean & pretty central to all shopping Boulevard Mall & Walden Galleria. I'm a Canadian who goes over 10-12 times a year shopping. Will stay there again ..the price is right

The staff is very accommodating and the shuttle back and forth to the airport is great! We have stayed here before and will again I hope. Everything was terrific!
“Perfect Hotel for a Girls Shopping Weekend!”
This is my second time staying at the Ramada Amhurst and I will go back again! It's a very clean hotel that provides you with a comfortable bed, lots of room (to store all those shopping bags!) and also gives you a continental breakfast to start your day off right! We were very happy with the help we got when we needed a Restaurant to go to for dinner. We were given a typed out sheet with names and directions on it! Very happy with my stay.
“Great!”
The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, it was in a good neighborhood and about 10 minutes from the airport. They let me check in a little early which was great. My only complaint was my last night there was a wedding outside in the back by my room and the music was loud until around 11pm, but it was a weekend night. I stayed for 5 nights and had no other complaints at all! I will choose this place again when I go back. I feel like I got alot more than I paid for!
“Good hotel.”
The Ramada, Amherst was a little out of the way but worth the extra time to get there. The continental breakfast was very good. For me, what made the hotel "five star" was the employees at the front desk. Very helpful.
