“Great Value!”

The staff was very friendly at check in. The room was clean.and comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed the boat ride even though it wasn't very warm the day we went. We were very happy with our stay and will come again.

What a great place to stay in Laughlin. service here was very good and friendly. with all the amenities here it could be a family holiday experience. swimming bowling games entertainment close to golf courses and other attractions etc Oatman an old mining town on the old route 66 hwy now a tourist destination with burrows roaming the streets gun fights and history

“Great place in Laughlin”

Room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. All the staff are VERY helpful. Restaurants had very good meals at very affordable prices. They had a good variety of family-type activities - not just gaming. For non-smokers(like me), they have one entire end that is non-smoking. A final plus - Sun. religious services on site in the main theater - a real plus! We definitely WILL go back.

“Hotel staff very accommodating”

We checked into a "river view" room, and technically you could see the river. We went back to the registration desk and showed them the Expedia printout showing a river view room. They were very apologetic, and since we were a late arrival, they upgraded the room to the new tower with a great river view. The pillows were very flat, and one light was not working. We called housekeeping and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. The two free breakfast buffets were excellent, so we continued to go to the buffet on the other days of our stay.

“Too much fun”

The staff is great, and the rooms are standard hotel rooms. Big plus's to the Riverside are good restaurants (Serrano's and the Prime Rib Room), the sports book is very comfortable, bowling alley, full movie theatre, 2 pools.... Plenty of things to keep you busy. I can't wait until my next stay.

“A place for the family!”

Although the may focus for the Riverside casino is Gaming, I found the rest of the ammenties also enjoyable. They have Bowling/movie theater/arcade for the kids/pool with Hot tub/Karaoke/dance studio/antique-classic car collection/fantastic view along the river/and convience. The location is so nice that you have the Valey park your car and you don't need it till you leave. Everything is close and within walking distance. The orginator of the casino can be seen strolling around the area and is very friendly and business like.

“Almost always stay at this hotel”

We vacation in Laughlin several times each year over the past 15 years. We always stay at the Riverside, even though other hotels in the area are less expensive. We are at home there and we find that everything is right there for us without leaving the hotel. We always get the room that we request and find they do everything in their power to accomodate us.

“Will be going back”

The room was clean, the restaurants were great and the staff could not be more friendly. All of that and we left the casino as winners! From now on this is the only place I'll stay in Laughlin!
