"Very clean, quiet and well located"

"The property and description on the website do NOT match the property. The air condition doesn’t work properly. The building is old and smelled moldy. The neighborhood that the property is located is surrounded by a highly intensive environment of drug users. If you were planning to walk (any direction) it is NOT advised especially with children. There is NO elevator for anyone that would need physical assistance. There is no concierge service. The staff were friendly."

"A lovely, well located hotel for access to Downtown Vancouver and Coal Harbour / Stanley Park. The staff are kind and helpful, the building is spotless, and the rooms are spacious. The only thing to note for upcoming months is that the hotel is undergoing renovations, so not all rooms are to the same quality. If you want a new, beautiful room then be sure to ask for one of the top floors (as of time of writing this) as they seem to be completing updates from the top down. The older rooms, whilst still spacious and well equipped, are visibly tired and not great value compared to the renovated options."
