“THIRD times a charm and love it!!!!”
this was the third time to stay at the cancun palace, we were pleased as usual but surprised to learn it is changing to a Hard Rock Hotel. we hope all stays the same as we really enjoy the palace. the service seemed a bit slower not sure if staffing has been reduced. the entertainment was great as usual. glad to see Andy and his staff was still there, as he does a great job with the guests. he even remembered us from last year. that shows he really interacts with everyone. the beach is beautiful and well kept. the food is wonderful too. if you go hungry its your oun fault! we will difinitely go back there again.
“We always come back”
We go to the Cancun Palace to relax, not sightsee or tour. This is the place to do that. If you want to party, there is opportunity to participate there also. The pool and beach attendants are helpful and friendly. We continue to return here.
“Just what we were looking for!”
Our family traveled to Cancun 6 days 5 nights with our 12 and 6 year old. We wanted all inclusive, clean, and most importantly a beach! This hotel was just what we were looking for! When we arrived we were informed of all the extra's that were included in our package like a few excursions as well as the ability to visit the other Palaces. We did not take advantage of anything other than the Cancun Palace only because we were very happy with all the amenities...the beach was perfect! Food and drinks were only a few feet away. Waitress would provide cold water and beverage on the beach non stop!!!The pool was beautiful not too crowded and nightly entertainment was very family friendly. Several choice restaurants to choose from each night. I've had better Spa experiences but can never complain about a message...the prices were a little higher for the service but when you are on vacation it's all about the experience! We should have stayed longer! Hope everyone enjoys as much as our family did!
“Cancun's Beach Oasis Hotel”
Absoulutely amazing hotel... I have already recommended it to several people and am looking to return. Stunning room, great service, food and amazing beach.
“Cancun”
Great service, great views
“Better Than Expected”
After months of agonizing research I finally decided on the Cancun Palace as our destination and I couldn't have been more pleased. The beach was awesome, as were the pools and grounds. The staff was extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent and the service the best I have had anywhere. Even during Hurricane Emily, we were entertained, well fed and made as comfortable as possible. When speaking with others at the airport about their experience, all were envious of ours. When we return, it will be to the Cancun Palace, no more agonizing research required.
“Couldn't have been better.”
We go to Cancun most summers (3 45-50 year olds and my 16 year old nephew. Over the years we have stayed at a number of all-inclusive hotels run by the various chains (Barcelo, Iberostar, RUI, etc.) and have never been disappointed, but the Cancun Palace was definately the best. It was clean, the food was actually good (especially by Mexican standards), and the service was superb! The beach is not "unswimmable" as some reviews state. The pool is marvelous and the pool bars (thanks to wonderful bartenders Edgar and Alex) are a delight whether one is drinking or not. We would all go back in a heartbeat!
“best hotel in cancun”
staff is super friendly-food is excellent- room was comfortable
“Great”
We enjoyed our stay at Cancun Palace.
“Ready to go back!!!!”
Great for family and children of all ages! Ready to make this a vacation place for every year!
