"We always have a great time staying at Temptation. The pool atmosphere is fantastic, and the Playmakers do an excellent job keeping everyone entertained—there’s never a dull moment! The restaurants offer very good food, and the service throughout the resort is consistently friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there are a few downsides. The beach has become quite small and is often covered with sargassum, which takes away from the overall beach experience. In addition, the water amenities that were once available—such as kayaks, paddleboards, and catamarans—have been removed, leaving little to do during the day other than spend time at the pool. Another frustration is the restaurant reservation system. Certain restaurants now require reservations through an app, which would be convenient if it worked reliably. The process can be frustrating and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, Temptation remains a fun and lively resort with a great atmosphere, but some of the changes have diminished the experience compared to previous visits."

"Really good resort and vacation. The property is beautiful with a prime location in Cancun on the beach. Everything is exceptionally clean throughout the resort and the staff is very accommodating. The food at the restaurants for dinner is very good but disappointed that only beer/wine was available at dinner. Kind of strange for an all-inclusive to not have cocktails available to order. The food options down near the pools in the day was also extremely limited. We paid for the Elite Club which was nice as it had a separate pool, private cabanas and access to premium liquors. It was worth it for us but might not be for everyone. Overall, enjoyable trip and would recommend."

"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."
