“Can't say enough great things about Crown Paradise”
From the helpfulness of the bell services staff when we first arrived, cleanliness of the hotel rooms, great food and top notch entertainment. Our group of ten couldn't have had more fun. We would go back in a second!
“Wonderful experience.”
Staff and service was excellent for such a big hotel. Would recommend for everyone! Bus takes you right into the heart of Cancun to shop for 8.50 pesos.
“Thank-You Crown Paradise Club”
This was our first time in Mexico and we found our favourite all-inclusive resort so far. We were overwhelmed with the friendliness and speed of check-in upon arrival at the hotel. We were very impressed with all the knowledgeable and helpful staff throughout the hotel, every staff member were eager to help us at any given point. The hotel is a little run down and a little outdated but very well maintained and very very clean. We had no problem eating at the buffet because of the depth and variety of the food it offered. We did have problems booking the specialty restaurants because they filled up so quickly (booking has to be done a day in advance and the booking process starts at 8:00 am). We felt safe in the resort and had no problems moving in and out of common areas and pool areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the adults only swim-up bar and the bar Trafalgar (Thank-you Ismael!). There are also travel services and agencies in the lobby areas where you can book tours, experiences and dinners.
“Can't wait to go back.”
Great view from 6th floor, great food, great room, great service, we were treated like royalty!!!
“very nice vacation”
The hotel was very good in all respects. The room and common areas were very clean. The hotel staff was constantly cleaning. Hotel staff was generally helpful and attentive. The food was very good and they had a lot of variety. Recommend that travelers try the Mexican dishes as those were probably the best. Hotel was great for the kids, they enjoyed the water slides, beach, and pools.
“Great Fun... Will Happily Return Again”
This was our second time at this hotel in Cancun! This time, we brought our friends and there were 12 of us in all. We love it here. The staff is super accomodating and the entertainment throughout the day and night can not be beat. We have children (ages 7&8) who love this place and can't imagine vacationing elsewhere. We will definitely be back!
“All inclusive is the way to go!”
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We requested a roll away and they came right away with it. We had a great room w/ a great ocean view. There are plenty of pools to enjoy although very FEW towels! Make sure you order extras from room service the day before. The kids enjoyed the water slides too! It was so nice to be able to get food whenever you wanted and not have to search for your wallet! The food was okay.....plenty of variety though. Very difficult to make reservations at the other restaurants. Room service menu was nice to have also. We would stay here again.
“Would love to go back”
This hotel is very family oriented, my 4 year old son had the greatest time in Kid's Paradise and did not want to come back and when he's happy, we are happy.
“We will go back to the Crown Paradise next year”
Our experience at the Crown Paradise was wonderful. We were traveling with our son and his family. The accomadation were very family friendly!
“Great Place, specially for families!”
We loved the great service of the hotel. Everyone is friendly and tries hard to please you. There are several restaurants to choose from and the food is good. It is a great hotel, specially for families as they have a lot of activities for children. They also have an adult only pool. We tried just about all restaurants and truly enjoyed them. Drinks are of good quality and they make a big effort to please you. For the price, it is a great value.
