“Very Nice hotel”
Very nice and clean hotel. Our room was clean everyday, plenty of fresh towels,There was different theme nights for dinner. The bus stop right in front of hotel and its less than a dollar to ride, and they run every minute seem like( really), we took the bus to the columbus dinner tour .Very nice and romantic night me and my wife love it..Only negatives was the washroom had raw sewish smell after your ran the shower(but we just closed the bathroom door), and the first morning there ,they have employees outside the elevators trying to get you to attend a 90 minute presentation for a timeshare that can really last four hours. overall a very nice hotel, with good food and very good service. will go back
“Great vacations”
The hotel was more than expected. Really liked the location, the variety of the food, the beach was awesome, the service was great. The amenities in the hotel are nice. The hotel really try to please their customers. Excellent!
“Relaxing Getaway with Amazing Service”
My husband and I booked somewhat of a last minute trip to the Omni Cancun, and it was blissful! We knew Cancun would be a little quieter after spring break, and we were looking for a smaller resort. The Omni was perfect. We never had to fight over lawn chairs or places under the thatched umbrellas - there was always one available. The water was incredibly blue. The white sand beaches were pristine. The food was pretty good. One recommendation for the fellas is be sure to bring long pants. My husband didn't think it would be necessary because it was going to be 85 the whole time, so he only brought shorts. Their best restaurant, DaVinci, wouldn't allow men to dine their without pants and a collared shirt. So, with the opportunity to eat there 3 times, we were not able to once (and the gift shops do not sell men's pants). Other than that, we really enjoyed the food. The sushi bar was our favorite. The best part about the entire resort was the staff. I never was able to sit down without someone running over to pull the chair out for me or help me take my plate back to the table from the buffet. There were always staff members cleaning or fixing something. We never had anyone expecting tips even though they were providing amazing service. I was worried (based on some reviews) that we were going to be bombarded by people wanting to sell us time shares when we arrived, but no one mentioned it to us once. Bottom line, we loved the staff, the food was good, the beach beautiful!
“"Luxury"”
Staff went out there way for us, very comfortable, very clean, able to book day tours & trips through the resort. Great outdoor poor area!
“Nice hotel”
When we first arrived in Cancun we were overwhelmed by all the choices in transportation to the hotel. We weren't aware that Expedia worked with Best Day travel for transportation--we paid $75 US to go the 9 miles for 5 people. On the way back to the airport it only cost us $50 for the same transportation. Don't fall for the guy who wants you to visit the Moon Palace for a tour--it's just a timeshare scam. Once we got to the hotel and our luggage was delivered we realized that our 9yr old could not find her backpack. We went to the front desk and they and my husband checked the survellience video to see if anyone had taken it while our luggage was sitting waiting to be delivered. They were very concerned about our loss. About 2 hours later the van driver brought the backpack back to us. We were very surprised and happy considering there was a laptop and DS in the backpack. We had paid for connecting, ocean view rooms and they had the best views of the main pool, beach and the shows each night-rooms 1602/1603. So we started our trip and it was very nice. The pools are lovely...as mentioned, you would need to get up around 6am to get one of the 4 shaded areas around the pool. There seemed to be plenty of shaded area on the beach. While on the beach there are waitresses, make sure you tip the waitresses. Our only complaint is that the buffet is very small and limited on the selections. A couple of nights our 9yr old didn't want anything they had out. Overall we were very pleased
“Great Hotel - Beach - Waiters. Would stay at agai”
What a great place to stay! We went on to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen after our stay at the Omni Cancun. We wish we had stayed at the Omni the whole time.
“Paradise”
The resort was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I can't say enough about the people. I've seen a few negative reviews and the only thing I can say is if you would let the staff know you had a problem with anything, I guarantee it would have been remedied immediately and they would follow up daily to make sure you were happy. We will definitely return.
“Loved it!!!”
We had an all-inclusive package for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach is a huge plus! The staff was superb. The beach was beautiful. The food was good; it is an all inclusive resort so we were expecting cruise line type fare. Some dishes were better than others but overall we were very satisified. The quail at Da Vinci's was excellent and we loved the sushi bar out by the pool. We had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this resort.
“Breezy Point, NY”
This was a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel special. We had an ocean view room and the view was spectacular. You get a lot for your money. The Concierge's were very helpful and answered all our questions and needs. David and Jose along with everyone else was just the nicest people you could meet. The area was easy to get around and extremely safe. We left the hotel at all hours and had no problems, we traveled by local bus to the shopping centers etc. Cancun is very clean and safe. I would recommend this hotel for adult and families. The inclusive package was well worth the money and you can eat 24/7. We stayed for 7 nights and did a lot of sightseeing. I give this hotel 5 stars.
“Very good place”
