“Nice place.”
Hotel was very nice. People were friendly and helpful. Grounds were very pretty. Good pool. The rooms were a little musty but it couldn't be helped because there was so much rain recently. Rooms were roomy. Nice place for the cape since many hotels are older. I would go back. If you like golf, beautiful golf course.
“I will return”
Very nice motel, excellent rooms with a refrigerator and a deck with a great view. Nice way to start the day. Great ammenities when coupled with its sister resorts. Don't even have to ask for extra towels.
“Great Bargain”
This was a great place to stay. Make sure you visit the other Red Jackets about 2 miles away. Private beach, towels, chairs, outdoor pools, indoor pools. The breakfast at the hotel was very plain for the price. Go to Sam's Seafood great fast type food.
“Hi-Five”
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our midweek stay. The grounds are lovely as are the farways, even though we didn't play golf. Great for kids as you are able to use any of the Red Jacket's beaches and pools along with their amenities. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant and respondent.
“Can't wait to go back.”
The best part was to be able to use the other sister hotels beaches and parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast in the dining room, but it was very good and inexpensive.
“Very satisfied”
We were very happy with the hotel, the service staff, and amenities. Despite being a golf resort, the hotel was very kid friendly.
“Would definitely go back”
We stayed at the resort for one night. The golf resort is a little off the beaten path unlike the other two resorts run by the same company which are on the beach. However, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a cheerful young receptionist who promptly checked us in and gave us a complimentary pass to their other resorts. The room that was assigned to us had a damp smell due to the storm the previous night. The gentleman who had checked us in earlier came over as soon as we called the front desk, suggested another room, and apologized for the smell. He left and came back with the key to the new room and helped us move into it. I cannot remember the last time anyone in a hotel or resort was this proactive and exuding genuine hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony that overlooked the golf course. I have to say I felt quite relaxed during our short stay at this place. One other factor that goes in their favor...we asked the receptionist where to go during the evening. They were very helpful, printed out directions to restaurants and local landmarks, and gave us tips that only locals would know. The only thing I found wee bit disappointing was the size of the bathroom which was a tad small for my liking. In conclusion, my wife and I will definitely go back, stay for more than one night and factor in a round of golf or two.
“Nice place and great location”
We were looking for something clean and nice. We really liked the hotel. It was set back in a nice, quiet location. The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing. No complaints!
“Very Relaxing”
The hotel staff was exceptional and the room was spotless. The only drawback was that it was a family hotel and there were many young children in the pool, on the golf course and running around outside. It was just my husband and I so I would have preferred an older crowd. Despite this, it was a wonderful stay.
“Good for the price we paid and close to just about all attractions”
The resort is nice and in a quiet area aways from the strips but not a far drive. Front desk and service were great. Room needed an upgrade. I was a little turned off that when we did get into our room for the first time it was not as clean as it should have been. There were remnants of the prior occupants under the bed and between the fridge and cabinets. Other than that the pool was nice and accessible from the outside sitting area of the unit. The amenities to use their sister property's private beach was a definite plus as the beach was gorgeous and not crowded.
