“Good, inexpensive facility.”
Easy to get to. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
“Nice Hotel on Cape Cod”
We were going to camp all week but Tropical Depression Ernesto made it clear that we tent campers should find better accommodations for the first night. The staff was very good - especially since there was a mix up with Expedia's reservation. They made a bad situation livable. This hotel is very central to a lot of activities on the Cape.
“Good Value for the Cape!”
I stayed at this hotel because it is located close to family. But it is a good location to all attractions in Hyannis. And the main shopping area is just down the road. Very good hotel for families, and the breakfast was good and convient in the morning. I agree with a previous review that the hallways are noisy.
“Very Pet Friendly.”
Nice place to stay with a dog. Pet friendly room was very clean.
“Standard Hotel - Served its purpose”
The only thing I was not impressed with was how thin the walls were. You could hear everything in the next room and even the hallway was very loud. Too bad there is no elevator, it would avoid hearing people drop there luggage down the stairs, clunk, clunk, clunk.
“basically a satisfying experience”
your basic hotel for a quick layover. security was an issue. the door leading into the rooms was broken and left open overnight. broken glass in door window taped but not replaced.
“It's ok”
For the price, I guess it's ok but outdated. The room A/C smelled musty. The room was previously a smoking room (although it's now billed a non-smoking room) and had the associated stench. It's on a busy street but reasonably close to Hyannisport. I will try out a few more hotels before I go back.
“Rooms were very small, but it was clean and ok for one night”
Room was clean, which is very important. But very small. The bathroom was also very small. We stayed there because it was a "pet friendly" hotel. There were a few minor things wrong, such as the iron was broke, the snack machine on our floor was broke. Beds were pretty comfortable which is a big thing. Free continental breakfast was decent.
“Disappointed”
Rooms and Hotel were fine. We were disappointed the pool was drained and closed for maintenance and we were not told before booking the room. We had a 4 year old that wanted to swim and we would have booked another hotel had we been informed before we actually booked and paid for the room.

Room was small for four people.
