“we felt at home”
travelling as a family of 4 this was a very good option since we had plenty of space ,good breakfast,nice tourism information from concierge ...We are very happy with our choice.
“Home away from home, very near Cape Town's new Stadium”
New building far enogh from the hustle of the waterfront pier tourist area (but within walking distance of it and downtown) that can act as an oasis in Cape Town. We had a three bedroom, two storey suite that was ideal for a family (our kids are 15 and 19) looking for all the usual amenities of a first class boutique style hotel + a full kitchen and even small clothes washer/dryer which comes in handy if you want to travel light. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Small outdoor pool on roof with great deck and restaurant . No complaints and will recommend this location to anyone.
“Amazing, even with three small children”
You will not regret staying at this Hotel. It was amazing, the two room suite......like a 5th Ave Penthouse! Turn down service included help with the dishes and cooking!

“Fantastic Hotel”
Recently stayed at the Cape Royale and cannot find fault no matter how hard I try. We had a two bedroom suite which was fantastic, we were so sorry to leave. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you, breakfast at the hotel was excellent both the food and the service. The hotel was situated 7 mins walk from the V&A and we felt quite safe walking it. The hotel has a car service which will take you into town and the V&A if you should need it. Staying at this hotel will only enhance your holiday to wondeful Cape Town.
“Stunning hotel with excellent staff and added value”
This hotel is simply glorious. Beautiful and luxurious. Tastefully appointed. It is also conveniently located with a short walk or complimentary shuttle to the waterfront. But what was most outstanding was the helpfulness of staff. Although we arrived at midnight, Milusi managed to arrange for a tour the next morning. The tour itself was incredible with a wonderful guide named Innocent. The next day we asked for a tour enroute to the airport and had another wonderful driver who was extremely knowledgeable. For us, the hotel staff made the trip. The appliances, toiletries, all the little "extras'" were there. Simply delightful. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.
“Cape Royal is Luxury”
The Cape Royal was the best hotel we have stayed at in many years. That staff is SUPER helpful, Their offer a free car & driver for local trip around Cape Town. Our Suite was fantastic, very clean with all the ammenities you could wish for. The location was within walking distance to the V & A waterfront shops and restaurnts. Any time I'm in Cape Town I'll try to stay there.

Directly accross from the new stadium being built. Very modern with all appliances and kitchen utencals one could need.
“Amazing”
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel, from the kind staff (Ryan, Peter etc.) to the comfort and great location. The staff went out their way to make sure everything about the holiday went smoothly, from the free shuttle service which took you anywhere you wanted to go, to booking any tours/excursions/restaurants - which were all fantastic. The holiday was a surprise for my partner's birthday and the staff even left a lovely cake and bottle of wine in our room on arrival. Even making sure the helicopter ride and restaurant which they booked was kept a secret from him! The location of the hotel is great and no more than a 10 min walk to the V&A (or you can get the shuttle) and also has a great view of the new football stadium. The rooms are beautifully decorated, luxurious, modern and spacious and always cleaned to an outstanding standard. The hotel is in its entirety is just stunning. I would not hestiate to recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, families, eldery and cannot talk highly enough about it - especially the staff who made the holiday for us. I'm sure anyone who has had the pleasure to stay at the Cape Royale cannot fault it. I would definitely stay there again.
“Fabulous hotel”
Stayed for three nights, superb hotel. All rooms are suites, very well appointed. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, good location about 10 mins walk from V&A, or use the hotel courtesy car. Great food too!
