“Clean hotel and nice staff.”
Everything was nice and clean from the parking lot to the room. The staff was nice. I would stay there again without a doubt. Good food next door and good shopping down the road.

“Excellent travelers hotel”
Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, coffee juice, toast, bagels. The staff was very helpful and nice also. Good room and great location.
“Satisfied my hotel needs”
My only complaint about the hotel was the stench in my room; but after time I got used to it and didn't notice it. Checking in was easy and the associate that helped me was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. The hotel was quiet and I was able to work without any disturbances.
“Great Place To Stay”
Had a great stay, the breakfast & and the 5:30 kickback was great. Employees were friendly. The hotel & room was clean. Only complaint is the person who stayed in the room before us smoked and the oder lingered, we told the front desk and they did try to eliminate the smell.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Manager's reception was good. You could make a meal of the food servered. Staff was very nice
“Nice hotel”
Lovely hotel with many extras that are included in the price. My only complaint was that they allowed dogs in the hotel and the dogs were also in the breakfast room. I am not an animal lover so most would probably not be bothered by this.
“Pleasantly surprised”
Check-in was a breeze, since the reservation was done through Expedia. We arrived 3 hours early and they allowed us to occupy the room. We saved money since the hotel provides breakfast and hot supper, and each room has a microwave and and small refrigerator. This was a plus since we were traveling with young children.The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and there are plenty of shopping areas to choose from, as well as dinning places to choose from. Although everything was excellent, we did have an event that was inconvenient. during our last day the hotel experienced a power outage. It delayed us from getting ready on time and we were late to our appointment. Overall, I would stay there again, and definitely will make reservation through Expedia.

Everything we expected it to be. Great location near I57 & IL13. Many restaurants & stores nearby. Great free food & drinks in the evening and breakfast buffet. Exceptionally clean & comfortable room. Friendly & helpful staff. We'll be back next year!
“Impressed with service”
This is a very well-maintained building, and very friendly, helpful staff. We arrived just in time for a free cocktail hour with a variety of chips and dips, free coffee, pop and popcorn all evening; it was a nice, unexpected treat. The room and bathroom were roomy and very clean. We would definitely go back.
