“Good for a short break”

Went for a short break. Nice and near the mediaeval city. Very obliging and friendly staff who spoke good english. Breakfast was fresh but just the basic continental. Room clean and comfy but a bit small. Bathroom fine. Pool not too clean and a bit drab. Not sure if it was top value for money but we all enjoyed ourselves.

“Location, Locayion, Location”

Superb location under the walls of the medieval City without the problems of parking within the city. Easy access to towns and countryside.

“Small Rooms Good Location”

The hotel is easy to find thanks to signs on the roads. The staff was courteous but spoke only limited English. The room was disapointing. It was only about 10 by 12 ft. and did not have a real shower, only a hand held shower but no curtain or glass, so we had to take our showers knelling in the tub. The only thing to recommend this hotel is its location. It is only about a 3 mimute walk to the Old City gates. There must be a different criteria for what is four star hotel is in France.

“Will give this a miss next time”

The temperature was over 30deg and you had no control over the AC. AC? What a joke! When they turned it on it just blew luke warm air (ie it was not refridgerated). Bed was small and uncomfortable as were the pillows. Tiny room with very few amenities.
