“Casual & Friendly.”
Stayed for 4 nights recently, this hotel is both relaxing & friendly. The room, although not offering much of a view, was always kept in great condition & was of quite a fair size. There are the usual tea/coffee facilities as well as a trouser press. Although we were on a room only basis it was a good hotel to be based & offered quite good value.

Superb hotel. The one and only criticism would be that my wife and I returned from a day's sightseeing at 20.10 anticipating a lovely dip in the pool (the temperature had been 28C) only to find the leisure facilities closed at 20.00.

“Fantastic hotel”
Was quiet on the weekend we went and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. Clean, quiet and very friendly. I look forward to the next time we have cause to visit Cardiff on business, we will certainly be staying here again. Whilst I was busy at work on the Sunday, the hotel kindly allowed my wife to stay and use the hotel facilities until I got back, which was well after the official check out time. Great place.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet did not work in the rooms but was fine in the lobby area and there was plenty of room and seating space to find somewhere to go online. I would certainly return next time I am in the area.

“Impressed - might go back”
The hotel is a bit far away from the Cardiff town centre which was a problem. Around 20 mins on the bus to the city centre.The entrance to the hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and surprisingly there was an extra bed in the room even tough we booked only a double room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok. Couldnt complain at all for the price we paid.

Hotel staff were helpful. Room was of good standard. Very convenient for Cardiff with plenty of parking. Breakfast wasn't too great - plentiful but not of top quality.

“Happy weekend”
When travelling with your 90year old mother you have rather different concerns from the norm, but I have no complaints. The room was immaculate, if rather too hot. The staff considerate and polite.. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles but it was very busy; you could do with an extra toaster at least. The coffee machine was out of order and the other one ran out. There were eight in our party and our overnight stay definitely contributed to a very pleasant weekend. I will use the hotel again on a similar occasion.
